Thanks for this guide. Just came back to eve after a few years of not playing and spent over an hour stressing about this burner just to complete it in 34 seconds (log verified) with this fit. Caught him with web before he could pull range by hitting keep at range right before activating web and targeting him. He never even had time to get my armor below 50% with 1x hardener overheated, and guns overheated. This fit has plenty of room for imperfect runs. That is this gal's first burner snuffed out on day two back into New Eden. Now looking forward to many more of this one. So easy with the right info and fit. This was also with near perfect skills. Exceptions: Minmatar frigate @4, Small Blaster Spec @4.

It seems like I got these burners a lot more when all I did was decline them lol another great video, looking forward to Nergal vs all.
Another super helpful explanation of tactics involved... my cat also seems like he likes your calm voice. Maybe he was just hungry... Did it in a Jaguar, but without this, I wouldn't have made it, or it would have taken me ages... Easy One he says... A candy-candy....
Since HateLesS can no longer update his videos, people trying the Sansha burner might enjoy the fit below. I used HateLesS' fit and died really quickly. Only one so far I've died to, the rest seem to be viable still. RIP HateLesS.

I used this fit once and almost died, guess I was not fast, so I am looking forward to the Nergal video.
Would prefer to be a little safer when using these expensive frigates :)
Not many missions I do get my heart pumping. The first gamble with about 500 mil in ship hearing people complain about losses made it pretty exciting. The fact that you get twice the LP for killing one ship makes it pretty ok.

The fit is working, but all modules are working at their limit and if you neglect and do not turn off the overheating, so an epic failure is guaranteed.
Thanks. Well done. Could you stick an auto-targeting system 1 between the guns as a heat sink, but DON"T USE IT because it's kind of a power hog and there's only one target.
You can but sticking mods in the high slot between weapons to dissipate heat is a myth I should test it. However the daredevil can heat for days because only 2 guns with spacing

As far as I know modules won't dissipate heat, in fact, the less modules you have fitted on the ship the less heat buildup you get. For example if you have 15 slots in total (including rigs) but you only fit 12 you will get less heat damage than if you fit everything, regardless of the spacing.

"[...] modules being overheated can [...] deal heat damage to themselves and other modules. The odds of this happening is based on several factors: [...]
The number of Online, versus Offline or Empty, slots in the ship. The odds for any module to sustain overheat damage is based on the total number of Online modules on the ship, divided by the total number of high, mid, low, and rig slots on the ship. (Rigs do not count as online modules for this calculation.) [...] having one or more module slots on a ship empty, or one or more modules Offline, will reduce the chances of all modules on the ship sustaining heat damage.[...]
Damage Chance = [Rack Heat] * [Active Hi+Mid+Low Modules / Total Hi+Mid+Low+Rig Slots] * [heatAttenuation ^ Distance]"
While about "heatsinking":
"[...]Heat Sinking is the [...] including either empty slots or unused modules to absorb heat damage [...] The correct way to heat sink a rack of modules (usually weapons) is to spread the weapons as far apart and as evenly as possible, and then evenly intersperse a set of either Offline modules or Empty slots in between the guns."
So basically empty slots act as heatsink the same as passive/offline slots. Not sure when and how was this introduced, source is wiki.eveuniversity.org/Overheating
@ Well, no, in that putting an extra un-used module would change nothing, an empty slot is just as good at dissipating heat as a fitted-offlined one. And guess what, leaving a slot empty is cheaper than fitting it with anything :D

Can I do this mission with accelaration control 4 and capacitator at 1.48 min (all modules)?
Didn't overheat afternurner for 50sec and still cought him before cap ran out.

This anomic bul$%"£$ is worth nothing . One mistake and you loose 350mil, then you need to do 18 of them toget ship back...not worth.
