I just started playing after a 7 year break and had a retriever from a previous acct. I had a couple of hulks that were perfect for can mining with haulers , but this was back in the day when you could AFK high sec mining. The mack was the ship for ice mining. Now I use my retriever for mission mining and I see that you can't transfer bookmarks WTH. All I see is their way of forcing you to spend money in the game since the free to play cut out a lot ching ching for them. Oh yeah another really good video from you.
you can with the Shared bookmark folder 👍 you just need an Access List Before. eve University probably has something on there wiki about that

@HateLesS_Gaming Are the Hulk and Mackinaw fits exactly the same? I can only find a Hulk fit on the eyeworkbench link you provided.

No kidding with the Isogen! And yes, I’m am mining low sec. My setup is 2 endurance and a porpoise. It’s easier to just cloak if a hostile shows up instead of wasting time warping every time. Btw, what do you think about the new mining sites? In my opinion, the amount of Ytirium they provide is negligible and it’s just too much of hassle chasing them to setup mining.

Does your corp have good moons or is it mostly alliance? I have been looking at horde for a while and didn't really know how the moons work, like what corps own them, organized fleets, etc.
Either a blued corp or an esi corp own the moon. You pay rent to horde, and you get exclusive rights to the moon. If not in esi, you can go mining on mining fleets.
@@NickTrouble how many moons are owned by corps rather than just held by the alliance for public use? which corps tend to have more?
@@floppyspud there is hundreds of moons you can rent. Idk what others corps do, just do my thing in my corp
in PH, there are public moons that you can mine. You or your corp can rent individual moons or systems which allows you all moons in the system. public moons pop almost every day. R16/R32/R64.
if you multi box 6 or more accounts then it might be worth it if you have the time to rent your own. but if not go with the public/corp moons until you earn enough.
always max yeild skiff, since its shield slots so works wonders with a main orca boost
also there is no such thing as hulk tank lol
i used to say when i play, the only effective way to tank a hulk is have another hulk in belt with you...that is not you LOL
a hulk with a full tank has more ehp the a skiff with 3 mining laser upgrades and it mines more then the skiff

@@Greenberet. yes i played with both alot after the last rebalance and found max tank hulk is greater tank and yeild then max yeild skiff

Before i moved down to nullsec i was mining and now i am mostly ratting, I have a perfect hulk account ( i think its a perfect hulk pilot but idk if they have added more skills) and i have good porpoise skills / orca, Is it worth going back to mining or should i continue ratting?
It really depends on what you like doing. What resources do you have access to? If you have R64 moons then that is a no brainer. How much do you make per hour doing each activity?
@@richardautry8269 With the ratting i make around 40 - 45m per hour excluding Sentient spawns and escelations, Before i moved down to null i was making around 23 - 25m per hour, but i think ratting is much more stressful
But idk if i did something wrong boosting in a orca and with a hulk making 23 - 25m per hour
under rorq boosts anom ore is like 100m an hour with porpoise boosts i am getting 45m isk per hour in a mackinaw ore strips are really nice in null
@@HateLesSGaming Oo i might change to mining, i am around 2.5 - 3 months from a rorqual fully fitted, it seems like much more stable income and i can watch something meanwhile i am mining

So if I have 3 characters, isnt it just better to have them all mine instead of having one boost?
I haven’t run the numbers in a long time, but last time a checked, I recall that you will mine more over time if you boost 2 hulks, as opposed to just mine with 3.
One max hulk boosted by a max Orca will earn 107m/hr. not boosted is 54m/hr. so 214m/hr to 162m/hr. More importantly since you store the ore in the orca the hulks keep mining. even when the orca moves to drop off the ore. If they stop while orca is in transit they were still mining for much of that time. Also you do not need to dock to drop ore in a player owned station
