- This easy peach crumble is great for hosting, or when you need a quick dessert to impress. I love topping my peach crumble with ice cream or a little caramel sauce.

2 (29oz) Cans of Peaches 991 g
1/2 c Brown Sugar 107 g
1/2 T Corn Starch 3g
1T Cinnamon 7g
1 T Vanilla Extract 13 g
Crumble Topping
2/3 c Dark Brown Sugar 128 g
2 T Sugar 22 g
1-1/3 c All Purpose Flour 188 g

Can this be made with fresh peaches vs. canned ?😊
You can use fresh peaches but you would need to cook the cobbler for longer. You just want to make sure the peaches are cooked threw.

I wonder if I use cake flour instead of all purpose flour?
It may not hold together well. Cake flour has a lower protein content than allpurpose flour. So the way it obsorbs liquid and holds together is different.
Is the peaches 29oz with the syrup?
With syrup but you want to rise the syrup off the peaches.
