How you should cook the samples?
Can you whisk together the flour and the leavening agents before adding to the egg-sugar-olive oil mixture?
@@mariaconsuelothomen you can pre mix them together but don’t add them to the batter until the end. If you add the flour in the beginning and then mix you will have a tough cake.

@@chayilsherrod3213 yes you can add extra raisins if you like. You may need to let it rise a bit long but not much

this video is over 3 years old at this point, but these cookies are INSANELY good! shout OUT to this recipe as i brought them into work and they were gone SO fast If you want them to more like New York cookies (taller and fluffier) I changed the flour to 1-1/3 cups flour, added 1 tsp of baking soda, and then cooked for 6 extra (my oven sucks) minutes
