I looked and everything was back ordered
They stated that they have been selling alot. Did they give you a date
Bought a used 2016 Chief Vintage with True Duals and the chrome on the heat shield on header was pitting and rusting. Had to remove the heat shield and wrap with titanium heat wrap but sure miss the chrome look. Wish there was a way to buy just the heat shields for the Indian Chief Vintage.
Do you know what brand they are? If you did you might contact the manufacturer. If not only way is a new pipe.

@@bobandtams Called them and they said they only sell the whole header system and due to a parts shortage could not sell just the heat shield.

VERY VERY POOR Customer Service!! I would advise everyone to not deal with this company. First of all they will not refund your money at any cost even when the mistake is their own. I ordered a pair of their 4.5 slip-ons for my BMW R18 Transcontinental. Before I placed the order I made two telephone calls to their customer service and tech support to verify the fit with my bike’s saddlebags and the saddlebag guards. Both time I was assured that they would fit and be installed without any problems or complications. One the pipes arrived I anxiously took the bike and popes to my local BMW dealer to get them installed. Needless to say they did not fit and would rub when installed. I spoke with one of Freedom Performance reps who said they don’t do any kind of refund, (which I was asking for a full refund), return (was’t asking for that either), or make any effort to compensate or make amends for their error. They even stated that no one at their company admitted to speaking with me or even taking the order.
I'm so sorry I'm going to talk to them after Sturgis. My tips, the chrome, is flaking off
I have the Freedom Radius. Beaut made exhausts but too bad they are "illegal". Just got fined!! 🤬

@@bobandtams New South Wales, Australia. Yeh, so I am finding out. You don't blast everywhere, ride recklessly or hurt anyone and yet still, they wanna jump on you. Can't have fun anymore, it seems.
