Which Indian Chief model do you all prefer the most? For ergonomics and comfort, the Chief Bobber Dark Horse definitely won me over!
How do you think the frame and suspension compare to the M8 softails?
Dark horse looks mean.
Chief Bobber Dark Horse is definitely my favorite. I will be making the purchase for one this summer! Great video and review!!
Chief bobber looks comfortable... That Digital Gauge is AWESOME!! I'm assuming you can keep phone in your bag & control music, calls straight from Gauge..... GPS looks BADASS!!! I'm sorry HD guys in my opinion Indian is going to give HD a lot Competition again just my opinion not ment to offend anyone. @BLOCKHEAD Transparency #1 thing I love about your Vlogs. Camera guy hanging out of back of minivan getting KILLER PICS. Ride Safe
Dark horse has definitely impressed me, from the speedo to the styling and function. Just a well rounded bike.
Indian is so badass for doing these events, I've been fighting with myself between Harley and Indian but this 100% sold me, Indian definitely cares about their customers and continue to build a good brand
That Chief Bobber darkhorse looks so mean and so nasty. I freaking love it. I so need to get one.
Sitting in India, I resonate what you just said. Thank heavens it's available here, so hopefully 🤞🏻 and those mini apes 😍😍😍😍
I'm convinced Harley only cares about merch sale right now. My gf wants to trade her 883 for an Indian Chief Bobber
Harley just made their biggest release in the last few decades with the Pan America and the reviews are stellar. WTF are you talking about?
@@mikeskidmore6754 IMHO Pan America will not save HD. The trail market already belongs to BMW with a wide advantage.
The new biker is looking for modern, sporty, adventurous motorcycles.
Let her do it. We both know Indian makes a far superior motorcycle.
I bought a T120 and got a lot more for money than Harley. I like the look of Indian Chief
883s are awesome bikes
I wanted a Scout Bobber so badly and then Indian revealed this bike and I was blown away. So if I ever win the lottery I'm getting both lol. Amazing review Block keep up the great content.
Damn that intro montage was lit af 🔥
The Victory Highball is reborn!
Definitely the bobber dark horse. Damm that's a sharp looking bike
Hartley needs to get their act together and realize how much work they need to do to stay alive. Indian will pass Harley, I know it
I don't know if that's gonna happen, but they will definitely keep going up. In some ways Harleys size is what's hurting them.
Indians sales aren't even a drop in the bucket compared to Harley
Not on the road they wont 🤣 the sporsters, the fxr, the dyna, the fxlrs will all ruin indian on the corners. They sound better look better and ride better in most cases so i dont see Indian ever surpassing HD on sales or street cred imo
If indian wants to compete they need stop copying from other brands. No ideas/ no soul/ no legacy .. polaris copies more then chinese do

Taste is subjective, but man....
This is the sexiest cruiser straight out of the dealer !
Indian is so awesome for inviting motovloggers to an event like this, talk about fantastic marketing decisions! I love the LCD gauge on this bike, I'd like to see more bikes have something like that on them.
I'm a sucker for the bigger cast front wheel so chief dark horse for me, I do love the look of the bobber too, but I'd take the DH
Seeing them in person I do agree and went with the DH. Also, I realized I liked the look of the standard forks as well. The beef of the inverted forks up top I think didn't look as clean.
IM SOLD! -dont yell at me but im going to be coming from the sportbike family. This will be my first real cruiser, but i have rode for 6years.
Bro this video is an editing masterpiece, beautifully done. Awesome review🔥🔥
Makes my vids and editing look prehistoric 🤦🏻♂️🤣
@@fxlrsnz8364 that’s the beauty of RUclips, always improving and mastering the craft!!
@@SYOTOS86 100% agree its a great platform. Mine are all done on my phone so should probably get a laptop and some editing apps 🤷♂️ its @blockhead world we just livin in it 🤣
One can definitely recognize his dedication and quality towards each video. Ever video is just so Noice!
Thanks man!
I ordered a 2022 and ended up getting a 2023 in grey. Love this bike. Other than air filter rubs my knee, it rides great. I'd like a bigger 7 inch round headlight but doubt most folks would want that.
Rapid fire outro!! The super chief is looking the best to me. Love the way that package looks!
13:19 Yarnell Hill. I ride that all the time. And often get stuck behind slowpokes. A clean run down Yarnell Hill is a true joy.
This one looks nice! Now I'm Torn! I wanted to upgrade to a Chieftain but I like the simple look of the Chief!!! Decisions Decisions!
Indian knows how to bring people around.
ALSO- Great Gauge TECH wow! 10-10
Fun video. I love the bobber models they have. Im perfectly fine with the 111, might even prefer it but the dark horse bobber looks so sick.
Great review! Indian has really stepped up the competition! Thanks and ride safe.
New editor-block collab on that b-roll tho 👌🏼
Those action pictures looked badass! Great looking bike and it sounds like a smooth machine!
This bike is so beautiful 😍🤤 I would love to buy one in the future!
editor-block is doing great and same with you blockhead, lovin the videos so much
Thanks man!
Why someone would not like this movie is beyond me, brilliant work man, the chief bobber is going to be my next bike after the scout, thanks so much.
I love the 2016 and 2017 streetbob harley and I'm a roadglide fan also...This cheif dark horse is awsome. So wish I could have them all.
I love the way the new line up looks except for the handle bars. They got these big badass bikes with handle bars that look like they belong on a bicycle
Nice editing and perfect music for the intro!
Indian is really stepping it up! I'm impressed!
This is the bike I want! Thanks for posting it.
I'm telling you, man...this bike with the Lloyd'z 126 kit for 120hp/148tq at the rear wheel would be naaasty
Beautiful machines. Beautiful editing.
Vulture city is dope, they have haunted camp outs that you can do. Pretty cool. That road is a beautiful drive as well.
Awesome video!! Can't wait to throw a leg over one myself 🤘
Though I'm not an Indian guy, I am excited to see where they are headed right now. They seem to be building a vibrant community that cares a lot about actually riding. Their fit and finish seems to be legit as well. Good stuff!
Why not?
@@stealth1077 I grew up around a lot of H-D bikes in my neighborhood, so the sound and style have always been my preferred aesthetic. Indian was defunct at the time. Indian made a comeback awhile later but put out some lousy machines and folded again. Someone I knew had one and it was in the shop more often than out. Now that Polaris has acquired the brand it seems to be in great shape and I love that they have a solid offering of great machines. I prefer H-D motorcycles because that's what I ride (see my other channel) but I don't hate on Indian, except occasionally in jest to one of my Indian riding friends! I'd love to test ride a few of their bikes someday.
@@mattthegreeter9074 They acquired Indian since 2011. I've always heard the samething about Harleys. That the parts where cheaply made over seas. Sometimes you do end purchasing a lemon. I swear clear from used bikes as much as possible.
@@stealth1077 Yeah, true enough! My 09 FXDL has been pretty reliable so far, which I'm thankful for. I ride all seasons here in the Boston area, so I can't afford to break down when it's 22 degrees out haha. The bike's been good to me. Do you follow any Indian-specific motovloggers on YT? I like 602 North. He's a great guy. His Indian is pretty spectacular too
...and H-D got saddled up with AMF for awhile there and those were HORRIBLE days for the moco. They were making golf carts and snowmobiles & stuff. Crazy. The one good thing to come out of that bad relationship was the procurement of a fiberglass factory (I think it was)... It was originally used for boat-building, but H-D started making their fairings and saddlebags. Those fairings were instrumental in shaping the modern motorcycle. Other than that, the AMF years were abominable, plain and simple.
NZ Kiwi here... Got mine!
Now I have Dean Speed exhausts... they are similar shape to the factory pipes yet smaller diameter and shorter... Look better... sound way better as they have removable baffles... single screw holding them in. Baffles out they are 'Loud' but not Freaky loud, and now being able to hear the motor working improves how you can use your power... I may in the future get some 2 into one pipes, but for now I am very happy with these Dean Speed pipes... thumbs up to them.
Another great video, Blockhead. I really love this bike. Greetings from Columbus, Ohio. Have a great weekend.
That ride command system is just so nice. I just got a Roadmaster a month ago (2017 model) and I love the ability to have split displays. I think we are going to see a shit ton of those Chiefs on the road soon
very nice and awesome vid... I'm convinced that I want that Indian now
That intro was so badass 😍
Great pics man. Rode to work today here in Az.. not to bad.. but glad I have a liquid cooled Harley
Absolutely insane bike! -Harley fan
A true rider here folks! Loves their HD, but still knows how to appreciate other bikes.
Nice intro of the bike 🖤
Definitely a good looking bike. Thanks for video. Hopefully riding today in Minnesota. 40 degrees, ya,lol
Looking for my first bike. This might be it. Thanks
I know Im late but I just got me a Ruby Smoke Bobber Scout, paying it off in a year then Im adding this one to the collection but in Red as well. 😃 💯
been watcing a lot of ur vids and I really want an indian bike lol def going to get the indian scout bobber one day
that GPS is just so enticing, I wish the scout had some of these features like cruise control and GPS, I love the look of that scout so much more though... dilemmas dilemmas, i've very impressed with the Indian lineup, they've done a great job
Can we just take a moment to appreciate the video quality?
I gotta say blockhead your b rolls are always so amazing
Awesome review !
I'm on a Moto Guzzi Audace Carbon right now (and lovin it!) but man, the 2022 Indian lineup got me hooked! Can't wait for a testride with the Bobber Dark Horse and Chief Dark Horse!
I really like Moto Guzzi and your model is great. I've got 3 Harleys and one Moto Guzzi they are great bikes. I think they are just as good as Harley but for much less money. I had a 2020 v85tt but sold that a couple months ago. Now it's just my 2020 Stone.
had a ride on a chief today at stourport indian ive got a m8 street bob and i thought it was the dogs but the cheif is somthing else it dose everthing 10 out of 10
That is a truly beautiful bike
Great video...love watching
Holy cow that's tough looking and music awesome
That bike is just beautiful
The few things I would change/add to this model is the air intake cover, it’s huge and I want to change the exhaust system to single short pipe. I also have someone weld me up a nice tall sissy bar because Indian’s stock ones are too short. I also hope to have a Saddleman Step-up seat for it. Finally relocate the tag to a more proper location. Everything else is good. Awesome rig!
Indian chief bobber darkhorse definitely! I ride a Indian scout bobber and love it but that chief though!😎
Just makes me even more hungrier for that bobber! But my local dealership won't have them until Jun...Dammbit!!
Man, I feel your pain. I put a deposit down on one almost a month ago & was told it’ll be another 45-60 days before I see it. They’re killin me!!!!
@@hijinx1812 The tireless pacing. The constant checking for missed calls from the dealership. Checking and rechecked emails. The calls. The watching of vids of your future ride and of course, waiting for aftermarket products. And that's only in the hour since you last checked.
Same here! They have none in my city. I wanted to buy one for my birthday this month. But it doesn’t seem that it will be possible. The good thing is that supposedly I’ll be first on the waiting list. Fingers crossed
Her 2 wheels L👀K hungry 😅 good video
David Smith
DeKalb Mississippi
That thing is so cool !
Awesome vid! And what kind of helmet does Brandon have…thinking of getting one
Blockhead is 5'10" tall plus boots. I'm not far from you at 6ft even. My license shows 6'1" for some reason 😂 😂 😂
I’ll get one in a year or so, these are so badass
As soon as my road glide is paid off I'll get one to...love the road glide for my big trips but this dark horse is awsome
At least it didn't put you in the "flying taco" riding position (drag bars and forwards)
Damn its looking good that thing!
Finally we get Indian scout bigblock
sweet bike great video.
I pilled the trigger a little early on the harley, this woulda been my choice because of the styling, gas capacity, and cruise control
I just picked up the 2021 Scout Bobber twenty because it was everything I wanted within my budget but damn if this isn't one hell of a mean and beautiful looking bike. Gotta go Vance and Hines no matter which model you go with though.
Looks kinda like the Victory Highball
Sick b roll intro.
Never fail to highlight those boots😂
Best Comment Review 👍
INDIAN Hit it out side
The Park ...🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟👌✔
Like your style and demeanor
😎👏👏👏👍
I think imma have to go check out the Super Chief Limited, the Chief standard would be cool too. Aesthetically my biggest grips; not enough chrome, and id like to see the Super Chief come with Scout style fenders
Unfortunately the closest Indian dealership is closer to Orange County, than the San Fernando Valley where I live.
There are three HD dealerships closer to me, or I would consider the Dark Horse. BTW I owned a Victory Judge and now own a HD 2021 Lowrider S.
Indian needs a dealership north of downtown Los Angeles. BIG mistake not expanding the dealer areas.
14:45 - someone is really strugling with the helmet / hair in the background :-)
Oh. You noticed that too.. 🤣
@@HerTwoWheels Love Your content :-) Greetings from Poland.
Hah, I was going to mention this but now I don't have to! 😁
I love his prolonged vowels coz of the terrain and I hope Indian suspension to be good but who knows
Awesome bikes!
Sic video! Great content! Keep up the great work. I don’t understand why the bobber has a gps and the standard doesn’t. You wouldn’t think a bobber would be ideal for touring. The red is the best colour imo but only available on the base/standard - why Indian?
Im glad they gave us a dyna size bike still air cooled. Having modern technology but without bulky harley esq junk
That is a beautiful bike
Hey Blockhead, beautiful video!
Is there any chance you could link to the music you use?
Thanks and greetings from Germany 🤘🏽
Victory's back.
i really liked d old headcase. missing it already
Shit I'll hit like because of In-N-Out
beautiful bike 🙂
Hey block head now after riding all the chief models and the new FTR which motorcycle are you most likely to get?
just got our first one for our dealership in huntsville alabama
Nice looking bike. I own a Harley Fat Bob 2018. Would be interesting to ride one of these and do a comparison.
Hi folks, what a absolute beauty, I was thinking of a Harley for my 65 birthday, but now I'm not sure, lol, I've had 3 Hondas n one yamaha so far, but I'm undecided right now, I luv Harley's (older models ) but that dark horse bobber is just a gem, well I got one more year before I turn 65, so I hope I can figure it out by then, lol . shakyjake out.
I love Harley Davidson and Indian which is usually unheard of. Harley is nice when it comes to reliability based on the fact that there are dealerships all over the U.S. which is nice if you're going to be doing cross country riding. But Indian blows Harley out the water when it comes to style in my opinion. I would say they're both equally as great, you're just going to have a harder time finding a good Indian mechanic. I'm personally leaning towards this bike in the future. Best of luck on what ever bike you get Jake.
Buy this dark horse...
Wanted to ask about which bike that you've rode before or have now would be a good starter bike for me who is 6'2" and 250+
Huhu, i m looking for a new motorcycle right now and narrowed it down to the Triumph Speedmaster and the Indian Chief Bobber. The only consideration was the comfort with 2 people on the Triumph and the idea of being more comfortable on longer rides. If you say the Bobber is very smooth after some hours in the saddle I think it wins me over! :)
Blockhead,With the new 4” gauge can your phone link via Bluetooth to the motorcycle?
very nice place to ride .
So which style bars gave you less arm strain? The drag on the standard or the mini apes?
Im 6’1 without boots, do you think the ergonomics of the Bobber Dark Horse would be comfortable for someone my height? I ask because seat height and placement of the foot controls/rest seem ideal on the Scout Bobber 20 and Rogue, but I am also interested in the Chief Bobber Dark Horse, such a sick look 😎
Are Indian chief Good starter bike
