Hi, thanks so much for another great video. Question....with tight pressure on my press, I can sometimes see like faint impressions where my heat tape was, particularly on black or dark colors. Have you ever run into this?

Thank you for this video. I have the HPN Signature Series mug/tumbler press. I would love to be able to use a wrap at 8.75” in width on a 15 Oz. mug, however, I always have a problem with the design fully sublimating closer to the handle, even at 8.6”. So frustrating! I love the press but don’t know what to do. Do you have any suggestions please?

What type printer and paper do you use for the tumblers?
I was wondering if you have given up on this model. I purchased the mint one right when they came out for nearly $400. It was a hassle from day 1. It arrived loose on all bolted areas which almost caused me to snap off the timer censor on my second press.
Now I get uneven colors after so much trial and error... and a pile of bad tumblers. The heating element is hotter on the ends than the center.
Anyway I like your videos, was just curious if you have had any of the same issues? Thanks

Omg I love this video it really made me think if maybe I should try to start a small business but could you tell me more ion what I should start with first for a first timer with sublimation what machine, material to get that is good prices, ect. How does this work when you sell on internet ? ❤
You definitely can do it! I have several videos on sublimation that go into more detail on the materials and all that you need to start a sublimation business 😊 check out my sublimation playlist.
Will the purchase of the design make it okay to sale in your store or do have to purchase something different to make saleable and it be legal?

Love your videos !! One question that may have already been answered before . But when you rotate the tumbler , do u press for another 75 seconds ? Mine seem to look washed out , faded and faint . I don’t know if I’m pressing for too long ?? 🤷🏻♀️It leaves me feeling so deflated😞 . My temp is the same and so is the time that you suggest . Please help guide me in the right direction. Any help is greatly appreciated.❤
Yes! I press for 75, rotate, and press again for 75. Definitely try with some different settings. Try increasing the pressure with the same time, decreasing the pressure, and then lowering the time and increasing the time. You may have to sacrifice a tumbler and just practice all around it until you find the sweet spot! I know it can be frustrating! Good luck!!

if you have already sublimated on them you wont be able to do another design! Some people still use them though!

This one came in 2 sizes : 15 oz 8.75 x 4.25 and 11 oz 8.75 x 3.75 😊
Tumbler wrap size?
Approx. 9.32 x 8.2 depending on your tumbler size! This is for a 20 oz skinny tumbler
Could you just leave the Tumbler attachment in and still use it to make mugs??
No unfortunately! The tumbler attachment is skinnier than the mug one. Luckily it’s pretty easy to switch out though.

It does have a slight burning smell like all presses typically do!
