Thank you. I have trouble crying, but this helped me. I’m an artist, and I’ve sold a printing making artwork and earrings before. I’m currently working as a caregiver, but I’m not treated well, and I feel dread on a daily basis. I feel like I’m worth more than my pay, and I relate to your other video regarding being behind in life as a 30+ individual. I feel like I struggle with imposter syndrome and perfectionism, as well. I’ve been learning to tell myself beautiful things about myself for months up to a year. I feel like I’m improving on the inside, but I still feel misunderstood and unseen by others, and it’s frustrating. I tell myself I’m proud of me for so many little things, and I’ve recently starting thinking about what I’m thankful for. I love that you’re sharing this message because we all need to internalize this, and tell ourselves/others these things too.

I have a problem with this and with just thinking I'm not doing enough each day. But logically, I understand 2 things: that I'm recovering from a traumatic, abusive relationship of 9 years and that despite how much I think I'm behind, I'm MUCH further than I was even a few months ago.
What I've decided to focus on right now is creating a safe space for myself to heal and to continue progressing in the development of my business. As long as I do at least one thing to contribute to the creation of this safe space or to utilize this space in a way that aids in my healing, and one thing to contribute to the development of my business each day, I'll take that as a win and celebrate it. Healing from what I've been through is rough. I have to remind myself of that and give myself the grace I would normally give others because of that. And I have to remind myself that this journey doesn't look like anyone else's, so there's no point trying to compare. Right now, whatever I can do to move forward each day is enough, where I am right now is where I'm supposed to be because I'm making progress, and I am more than enough simply because I exist.
