  • अनुलोम विलोम प्राणायाम एक ऐसा प्राणायाम है जो बहत्तर हज़ार नाड़ियों को स्वस्थ करने की शक्ति प्रदान करता है , मेरे अपने अनुभव में ये एक ऐसा प्राणायाम जो मस्तिष्क के दोनों हिस्सों में समन्वय स्थापित करता है । दोनों मस्तिष्क का अर्थ है कि दाहिने और बाएँ मस्तिष्क के हिस्से में अच्छी तरह से समन्वय बनता है । मेरे अपने अनुभव में मात्र स्वाँस के माध्यम से ही नहीं बल्कि नासिका के अंदर स्थित असंख्य नाड़ियों का सम्बंध, अर्थात मस्तिष्क के दोनों हिस्सों से है , उसको बेहतर बनाने में मदद करता है ।
    जहाँ तक मैं समझता हूँ नाक में स्थित असंख्य नाड़ियाँ जो मस्तिष्क से जुड़ी होती है उसको बहुत आसानी से इस प्राणायाम के माध्यम से प्रभावित कर सकते हैं । और मस्तिष्क के कई रोगों को ठीक किया जाता सकता है । ध्यान दें इसका अभ्यास बहुत तरीक़े से और वैज्ञानिक रूप से ही होना चाहिए अन्यथा इससे लाभ नहीं लिया जा सकता है ।
    यदि इससे लाभ लेना है तो अपने स्वभाव के अनुरूप ही इसे करना उचित होगा और इसके अभ्यास में बहुत जल्दीबाज़ी करना उचित नहीं , धीरे धीरे आराम से लेना और आराम से ही छोड़ना उचित होता ।
    ये कौन कौन सेंटीग्रेड ठीक करता है जैसे ….. मस्तिष्क के सभी रोगों को इससे ठीक किया जाता सकता है , पर सबसे महत्वपूर्ण है कि हम इसका अभ्यास कैसे करते हैं ।
    ये ध्यान में रखने की बात है कि इसका कोई भी साइड इफ़ेक्ट नहीं होता है पर बहुत जल्दीबाज़ी करने पर इसका लाभ नहीं मिलता है ।

    Sir kuch months pehley mujhey depression ki problem hui thi aur saath hi tinitus bhi ho gaya tha merey left ear say ajeeeb see sound aati rehti thi sir mujhe kuch samaj nahi aa raha tha maney ent ko bhi dikhayaa per kuch laabh nahi phir maine khud deeply socha toh paaya ki tinitus mujhey stress kay karan ho raha hey phir mainey anulom vilom aur bhramri pranayam din may do baar karnr shuru kiya aur dimag may chalney waley vicharo ko bhi kam kiya sir aaj may bilkul theek hoo yeh dono pranayam ab merey jeevan ka atoot hissa hai sir yog may bahut shakti hai per result aaney may chahay der lagey per fayda bahut jyaada hota hai bus hamey apney vishwas ko majboot bananey ki jaroort hai thanks

    I think this is perfect! The knowledge base is perfect! If people don't appreciate this scientific explanation, it's their loss! Nadi shodhan done in this manner with graded enhancement of time off rechak, purak and kumbhak can lead to higher psychic states also! V good! Authentic stuff!

    thanks for sensor on both nose holes connection with left and right brain. So now I knew -when I do jal netting, my breathing improved that give me more power due to that sensors work more frequently than before.

      Aap apna swar check kre, konse nostril se saans jyada andar bahar aata hai, jis side se saans jyada andar bahar aata hai, us se opposite brain dominating hota hai.
