I had diagnised thyroid problem..TSH level was bit high 7.16, where it should be max 5.6. I didn't start tablets. For 35 days I did ujjayi pranayam and omkara pranayama, daily 2-3 times. After 35 days TSH level has reduced to 5.71. Its really helpful.. thanks to guruji. You have explained the deeper part of ujjayi pranayam..

Sir, I'm recently diagnosed with extremely painful bladder condition called interstitial cystitis. I think my autoimmune disorder plus severe stress has brought this on. Doctors are just medicating me with antibiotics and anti inflammatory medicines daily. The stomach cramps and urinary problems are unbearable, especially at night, and taking a toll on my mental health and daily life too. Please advise if this issue is somehow related to the navel chakra and what yoga and Ayurveda say about it's cure. I really hope you'll answer my question and help me come out of this. Western medicine considers cystitis as a chronic and incurable issue 😔
