      If I am a single mom working part time & homeschooling my daughter .....anyone can do it ! It takes alot of budgeting & certainly prioritizing , however you can choose to pay a little extra for quality , whole foods or spend it at the Dr on meds & co-pays..... budgeting , comparing prices to get the best deals , coupons and weekly sales help alot too ❤

    I work in a Health Food Store ( privately owned ) and you are absolutely right about everything !!! Been doing this since the early 80’s and it’s unbelievable what people consume thinking it’s healthy …Blame it on the advertising & labeling but educate yourself before buying !     See a lot of folks bashin the guy
    He’s very knowledgeable, super smart, a bit entertaining
    He’s got lots of cool baking videos and recipes and he has grocery halls that have affordable items without all the crap oils and stuff .
    He started off with one subscriber, and now he’s up too 4+ million . He had to take his money and invest it into a manufacturer
    , snd the science behind his ingredients to create his products and he has a platform to promote them, so why not…. I would do the same exact thing to support my family and have a better way of life. Capitalism I love it.
    He’s absolutely right on the backs of products other big one that messes with your gut is magnesium stearate, which is a flow agent …..not that great

    One of the big assumptions is that everything he points out is actually bad for you. You have to do your own research and look at the data before making the conclusion he draws. For instance, everyone thinks GMOs are bad but the data on this is very inconclusive. Most studies showed no difference in relevant biomarkers b/w the non-GMO and GMO groups even after 7,000 times the normal consumption of the non-GMO and GMO foods were fed to the test rats. The general consensus is that GMO foods are safe even if consumed at many times beyond the normal daily intake of those foods. So before you fall into the trap of "GMO = oh no" spend the time to read the studies and do your research...

Just as most content creators are starting to show signs of stress because RUclips is constantly changing its behavior, it will become increasingly important for you to sell your product. It _is_ the way things work. But fortunately, most of us love you and the info you do give us.     Ascorbic acid might not be very bio available but at 1/1000 the price (if you buy it by the killo powder) theres no comparison to health benefits you get by learning your bowel tolerance and megadosing at pennies a day.
    It's one of the only nutrients where it matters very little where it derived from just as long as it's gmo-free .

    The only problem with your two vitamin supplements use Magnesium stearate is a flow agent that's used in many industries, including pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, and rubber. Not really good for you.

    So what I’ve gathered from these videos is he likes to crap on good affordable products and how it’s no where near as good as this “holy grail” product that, funny enough, “he only makes” Horrible. It’s not even that much in a bottle, just get your supplements as good as you can afford, not from companies and people like this. $30 for only 30 capsules and you’ll need 2 bottles for a month the way you recommend it?? Forget about it.

    Never heard of this brand, I works in raw material industry. I always goes to big brand supplements. Interested in the product but Would love to know more details on the ingredients for example for acerola extract , which country asusually acerola is from Brazil, and the assay, is it 17% or 25% vitamin c added? As this is the common spec dor acerola.Is the material being tested by 3rd party lab?

    When I look for a vitamin, of any kind, I’m concerned with the fillers and (if I can afford it), I’m looking for those that are third-party tested. ❤ the way you market your vitamins, Bobby, so if those two other things are in order, I’ll consider making a switch.

    You need to include copper in your vitamin d supplement if it contains zinc or people will become deficient in copper. Camu camu is all you need for vitamin c as it is the full complex and has more than the other ingredients in your supplement

      Not enough of a difference to matter. If you can afford a D supplement without seed oils, go for it. If not, it's better to get the Vitamin D with a dusting of seed oils than to not get it at all, especially if you don't get much sun exposure.

    Good supplements don’t have that filler plus 60 tablets for 29.99? Expensive!
    Drink plenty of lemon water, cook with loads of garlic and ginger, you will be ok.

    Microscopic amounts of oils in supplements aren't going to hurt you. I get they're not optimal but we gotta relax with these recommendations.
