Ingredients:
Special Chemmeen Roast:
Prawns
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
3 tsp coarse kashmiri chilli powder
salt as required
for masala:
curry leaves
coconut oil
1/2 cup coconut milk
salt as required
1 tsp coarse chilli powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
for frying:
crushed garlic
curry leaves
oil as required to fry
Cabbage Thoran:
Cabbage
3-4 Green chilli
1/4 cup shallots chopped
salt as required
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 dried red chilli
curry leaves
2 handful of coconut scraping
Fish Fry:
Fish of choice
2 tbsp coarse red chilli powder
1.5 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder
turmeric powdwer
black pepper powder
salt
for frying:
crushed garlic
curry leaves
oil as required to fry
Vellarikka Moru:
Cucumber
Green chilli
Turmeric powder
salt
water
coconut
green chilli
cumin seeds
garlic cloves
water as required
thick curd beaten well
for tempering
2 tbsp oil
1.5 tsp mustard seeds
2 dried red chilli
curry leaves
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp fenugreek powder
1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
