But the second foray into the Upper Amazon above Iquitos with daily and nightly excursions by paddle driven dugout canoes was astounding. Floating 2 or 3 inches above the water line and approached by most of the predators show here for a week was an unbelievable experience. We were accompanied by very informative naturalists and in each canoe had an experienced guide and a canoe handler for a total of 6 or 7 people. We went quite far north and spent most of the trip in Peruvian waters. At night we enjoyed gourmet meals on a cabin cruiser that accommodated 20 including the small crew. It was an adventure not to be forgotten. We even made it into a small village on a tiny tributary whose inhabitants had not before been visited by Europeans. My wife said that she wanted an Otter. When we had the chance to foster a pair, she very quickly changed her mind. Baby otters love to play and biting is one way they show affection to one another. But heres the issue. Those babies have razor sharp teeth and cant yet control their biting strength. Like one moment its a tiny little nip and the next feels like they want to take a finger off. Lol. Wild animals are meant to live in the wild and otters even though they are so cute you want to hug them. They are still wild and need to be treated as such. I wanted a pair for my alligator pond, but i was so scared that Rex would have lunch with one or both of them, it was better to let people who knew what and how to take care of them. 13. The Aropaima is far from the most deadly fish and he somehow neglects the fact that these fish love to jump from the water and that a headbutt or tailslap could easily break ribs or knock someone out.
14. He got this mostly correct thankfully.
15. He is correct about the Candiru, however it is not a predeator
This guy pretty much watched a few episodes a River Monsters™ with Jeremy wade and thinks he knows everything🤣🙏🏻👍🏻
Lol you are so right he even called the Paco a ball cutter when it's called a bolt cutter LOL 😆 I know it attacks men's genitals but it's not nicknamed a ball cutter LOL I guess I've watched a little more Jeremy Wade than he has LMFAO
The fact that catfishes are so cute😚
I quit watching the River Monsters show when host Jeremy Wade tried like hell to convince viewers the Russian taimen species of fish was a deadly predator instead of a wild salmon.
wild, absolutely livid !
oh the old ones are the best
I still watch River Monsters, but wait when did he do that?
@@Nina-ho3qi lmao, the guys just joking around
@@TerminalM193 lmaooo i forgot i made that comment! But k
Couldn’t get one minute into this. The very first fish you called a goonch, but what you showed was a Wells catfish, which is not found in the Amazon. And by the way, neither is the goonch. If that’s your lead story, I figured it goes down hill pretty quick after that.
Gooch cat fish is a south Asian cat fish not Amazon
Brazilians watching a tourist go for a swim in the Amazon River:
Well, he's gone, back to the hotel everybody, we're gonna learn how to call emergency services in portuguese!
HEY
HI
IM BIG FAN
PlS SHOUT ME OUT! HAPPY NEW YEAR
Happy New Year 🥳
Love your show
Piraba can eat a person whole!
They were cute and loved to play.
As far as im concerned you guys owe Jeremy and Cyril some money for this video

I knew you couldn't forgo the Goonch Stole Christmas joke....lol
Hi bro i like your vids
Omg! What is that giant fish!
Jeremy and Cyril my favorite anglers to watch
The first catfish was the killer catfish
I would never step foot 👣 into the Amazon River
Ironman could
you made me grab mines... LOL
The freshwater stingray can also get so large that if you step on it by accident and its stinger gets stuck in you it can drag you under the water
I wouldn’t be scared of the fish here, I’d be afraid of pirates who kill and rob people
