- Make your own earthing patches for under $50. Athletes utilize earthing patches for the ability to direct antioxidant electrons directly to sites of soreness, muscle tightness, and injury.
List of components:
1. Ground Rod 3/8''x4' - amzn.to/2RmGceO
2. 3.5mm Mono Male to Female Extension Cable 25ft - amzn.to/2RUv2xO
3. 1/4 Inch Mono Plug to 3.5mm Stereo Jack Adaptor - amzn.to/3eLuxze
4. 100pcs 3M Electrode Patches - amzn.to/3qHVZns
5. (2x) Electrodes Lead Wires - amzn.to/3fH2bpz
Simply set up the grounding patches and apply them to your body, anywhere you have pain or soreness for an anti-inflammatory treatment. It's as easy as sticking the patches to your skin and then eating a meal, reading a book, or watching TV.

I just watched your old video from 10 years ago. Youve grown and matured so much. Im so proud of your endeavors. Thank you for this information!
I appreciate that very much. Thank you for tuning in now and then!
Thank you for your inspiration! Very good idea!
Grounding works by leveraging the negative electrical properties of the ground. The ground on which you walk has a negative electrical charge. Therefore, it's able to neutralize positively charged electricity. Grounding allows excess electricity to discharge through the ground. (picked it off google)
Thanks for posting!! Seen your video about grounding 8 years ago. Good stuff 🙏🏽😊
Glad to hear it’s resonating! 🙌☺️
All the best to you man, you're doing GREAT work here. Grounding ❤️🙏🏾
Much appreciated!!
Appreciate the video
Thank you for spreading the knowledge of grounding/earthing and the benefits people can feel. With new technologies, we now even have grounding shoes that look and feel like regular and modern shoes, although allow conductivity to pass through the shoes and into a person's feet. Keep spreading the great info. 😀- Live Life Grounded!
Well said 👏 Thank you for tuning in.
Awesome video, thank you for sharing your knowledge and skills 🙌🤸
Thank you for watching and learning!
Nice!!! Awesome channel!!
Thanks!!
Excellent video~
Thank you!
Just ordered everything! I am so excited to finally find a video that speaks in terms that I can innerstand! Thank you, thank you, thank you for this! I am excited to get started with this. I have an earthing sheet but not sure how well it works. Ordered a voltage tester to check it but I know the grounding rod will definitely work since all houses use them anyway.
We are excited for you! Let us know how it goes!
Boom 💥💥💥 gell pads. Very interesting...gonna make another one
Thank you - I am buying the parts now and will McGuyver it once it gets here. I've been having tendon issues (hips, knees, feet) and over 60, when healing slows so dramatically that I think this will give my body boost it needs to heal this problems. Thanks for the shopping list and How To instruction :)
Love the mindset, we support that. How has the build been going?
Hi, thanks for the video. Did you ever check the voltage drop by using the patch set vs a single patch or a grounding mat?
Fascinating.
One thing I’m wondering though, is what size wire or how many strands in the wire is best for grounding the body. I just used 10 strand wire for a homemade sleep mat.
Also, I know some people use fabrics but they have polyester which itself has a low frequency.
I've been trying to figure out how to make my own patches forever - thanks so much for this video, because it's the first thing I've found on this topic. I am so close to being able to do this - but I'm stuck! Here's my situation: I already have conductive patches connected to a wire which I use with a TENS unit. I would like to use these as grounding patches and insert the wire into the grounding outlet of a plug in my bedroom, rather than using a rod outside. The only problem is that the male connector at the end of the wire is too small to fit inside the grounding outlet - it is standard headphone jack size. I would need an adapter with a female part into which to put the wire from the TENS unit and a male part that could fit into the grounding outlet. Any idea if they make adapters like this and which one I would need? Thanks!
Have you tested this system with a multimeter?
Do tens units provide grounding?
Can somebody reply if the Patches are one time use or re-usable? Thanks
Hey so those stimulator pads are no available anymore on Amazon - can you suggest something else that will fit the "Electro Lead Wires"? I bought them but they won't work - never mind - I found a pack of 50 for $13 and some change. It will be here later this week. Thank you.
Is the author of this video against using the ground from the electrical installation?
WHY add an audio adapter onto the grounding peg . . . ?
I've never heard Clint Ober say anything about using one, for any purpose.
this would be even better if you could just use something similar like the earthing pads that you can plug into the wall sockets.
You could totally convert this method for making earthing sheets or an earthing mat. I also have another video on how to DIY an earthing sheet.
Can the patches for the Tens machines be used for earthing/grounding or would any medical patch with the correct connection work? I have the mat and the strap but would like to target my knees. Thank you for your help.
Any patches will work. The higher quality and more expensive patches may be slightly more conductive and have longer longevity before the adhesive on the patches wears out.
@@RewildBeFree thank you for confirming.
I have a big pot in my bedroom with a big tree. Can I ground with cooper rod and wire inside it???☺
It would have some charge, but a sustainable connection would come from the ground outside.
So we shouldnt sleep with it in case theres a lightning storm at nite and we dont know ot⚡
Great video ,I need to ground my sky dish as it right next to my head at night
One year later the copper rod is $36.
Goes blank at about 3:30 😬
It may have been buffering, the full video is present!
@@RewildBeFree looks good now, thanks 👍🏼
