To make the recipe, simply follow the instructions below 👇:
INGREDIENTS
Apple Tart
225 g plain flour
110 g sugar
¼ tsp baking powder
110 g unsalted butter, cold, cut in pieces
1 medium egg
100 g whole milk
150 g apples, peeled, cored and cut in pieces (2 cm)
2 Tbsp caster sugar
Crème Anglaise
300 g whole milk
5 egg yolks, from medium eggs
100 g caster sugar
PREPARATION
Apple Tart
1. Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a tart tin (Ø 22 cm).
2. Place flour, sugar, baking powder, butter, egg and milk in mixing bowl then mix 20 sec/speed 5.
3. Spoon half the batter into prepared tart tin and smooth out. Arrange apples on top and sprinkle with 1 Tbsp sugar then top with remaining batter to cover apples. Sprinkle with remaining 1 Tbsp sugar and bake for 40 minutes (180°C). Meanwhile, clean mixing bowl and make crème anglaise.
Crème Anglaise
4. Place milk, egg yolks and caster sugar in mixing bowl then Thicken mode/80°C.
5. Remove tart from oven and leave to cool on a wire rack completely before removing from tart tin and slicing.
6. Serve tart slices drizzled generously with crème anglaise.

Bet it would be even more gorgeous if some raisins (soaked about 30 minutes beforehand, then dried with kitchen roll) were mixed in with the apple!
