Made this today. I have an option for all you guys who don't wanna die of cardiac arrest. For the toffee sauce, use honey instead of golden syrup, low fat milk instead of cream, and use 2-3 large knobs of butter. It still tastes just as good and comes out as well as hers.

Self raising flour? I always use plain, and it cones out perfectly.

The metric to cup conversions are wrong, 50g of butter is 1/2 stick of butter and most others are off
