She's talked about her acne she's struggling since her teens years and most likely her root cause is most likely her dietary habits and exercise and stress level
I don’t think it’s make up doing it but it could possibly make her actual acne worse.

She has PCOS. It's not makeup.
She suffers from endometriosis and PCOS, and those are some of the many symptoms of the condition. Be kind!
