    How long were your symptoms after stopping all addictions?

      Great question- it varied. It’s been nearly 2 years and I think it’s 1 year for most of the symptoms to subside but some are even ongoing now. Everyday really gets better !

      @@josephrobertson8110 Still experiencing them, but always working on self-acceptance, which I truly believe is the key in resolving them. Hope you are doing well too!!

      It is actually a form of OCD called pure OCD
