I bought one, but intended it as a gift. They had one, so I tried to sell it. HA! After too many low ball offers, my Breville toaster oven quit. I then finally broke down and use it all the time.

Favorite DIY egg roll filling: Pastrami, Cole Slaw mix, and Garlic-Horseradish Aioli

One of my favorite egg rolls I have made had shredded pork, broccoli slaw mix, and bbq sauce. Sorta like a pork slider and bao bun.
Also, for orange chicken, I love using Orange Marmalade instead of the juice of an orange and zest. No sugar needed to be added to it. Mixed with red pepper flake, soy sauce, rice vinegar, miran, and a bit of veg oil. The marmalade is already so sticky it coats the chicken wonderfully.

I have the Ninja Foodi air fryer oven thing. It's amazing. Air fryer , convection oven, toaster, broiler all in one. Oh and it dehydrates as well. The air fry function is incredible. No tiny weird shaped basket.
It's big but folds upright to save counter space. I also have not used my toaster since I bought it as it makes the most perfect toast ever.
Would LOVE to see Sam’s take on Chipped Ham BbQ… it’s a Pittsburgh classic!!

Favorite filling for egg rolls is moo shu pork. Yummy!!!
This episode inspired me to make eggrolls with Thanksgiving leftovers. Diced Turkey, Stuffing, and corn - air fried - and dipped in hot gravy and/or cranberry sauce. Delicious! Guest said it was the best part of the day:)
My mother did something similar but as wontons instead of rolls. Made a cranberry sweet and sour sauce. It was pretty good
I did the same, but used lefse for the wraps. If you don't know what it is, hit up YT or google. It was un-f'ing-believable.
Duck Eggrolls would sound legit. I'm adding this on my list.

You should make a bunch of out of the ordinary egg rolls. Philly cheesesteak ones, pizza, hamburger, buffalo chicken. The options are endless!

My favorite thing to put in egg rolls are pepper poppers....so good. Dice up the jalapeno and mix with cream cheese and some spices

Air fryers are so great during the summer when you don’t want to heat up the kitchen. These recipe tips are great and easy to make also, leftover turkey is a great alternative in eggrolls I think it’s actually better than chicken pork or shrimp✌🏻👍🏻

I sometimes stuff eggrolls with leftover fried rice that I've made. Add a little stirfried cabbage and wrap it up. It's amazing and I've never seen anyone or restaurant do it.

Best eggroll is cheesecake and caramel sauce topped with powdered sugar when they come out. Del Taco makes some but they are small and dont have powdered sugar.

A good tablespoon of peanut butter is a great addition when mixing the mixture together. It adds that extra background flavor profile.

Favorite egg roll stuffer. Monetary Jack cheese and roasted Anaheim pepper with or without pork Caritas.
