Awesome! Thank you! Go for it!
EXCELLENT VIDEO
This video warms my heart and lets me laugh a little bit too... I know you'll understand once I share with you what I'm thinking.
I will be 70 this year... been raised around BBQ since I was a baby... my Uncle Blacky had "Bob White's BBQ Restaurant in Dallas TX since 1939...
I remember being in the kitchen... learning the right way to make everything from scratch...
I remember being in East Texas, way way out in the Piney Woods where they would be in some shanty shack dishin' out good BBQ... all you would get is a slice of white bread... BBQ meat ... pickles and onions and be on your way...
Good ole days
And now I have the Bob White's BBQ Sauce recipe... "Amen"
Love it!...Thanks for sharing.

The clean up has to be hours after the day comes to the end. Stocking up and ordering no room for mistakes paper work
Yes, the work day doesn't end after the last customer is served. There is so much that has to be done in order to open for the day and prepare for the next. We realize that it's all necessary to live the food truck dream...Thanks for watching!
Thank you for this.
Don't give up, folks 🍻🍻
You bet!
Glad to see any body coming up with their own buisness , There is something to me when Blacks do it . Keep up the good work.
Thanks for watching.
Enjoy your channel guys. 👍👍

BY THE WAY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO 😉💪
Thanks
I see y’all shakin, baking AND GROWING 💪 💪
We love it!
Ok, it's the second video that I watched. (I support you, so I also subscribed) It's exactly the same as the 1 hour and 10 minute video. It would be nice if you guys showed where you buy your merchandise. Some recipes and how you prepare for the food truck life. To tell you the truth, after 10 minutes, I fast forward and fast forward, checking for more information. No more information other than watching you guys serve only becomes a 10-minute video.
To all the haters saying that they are overpriced only means that you can't afford quality food. Do you guys know how much cheese, eggs, butter, ribs, spices, and potatoes are? Then, plus gas , time, and not to mention take home containers cost? Then you still want a home cooked meal for less than what it costs. They aren't trading food for money. It's a business!
Keep striving, stay prosperous, and keep going for all of us.
Thanks for your support. We'll try to mix up our content a little more. New videos coming soon.
I see y'all looking so busy with the good looking food y'all have going on over there in Texas I know it's hot out there y'all just be careful drink lots of water and y'all look like y'all so busy good luck and God bless😊😊😊
Thank you so much for the positive comment. We're located in North Florida but it still gets hot in our mobile unit. We try to get plenty of hydration.
New subscriber😊

Thank you!
Finally! I've been waiting for this content 🎉🎉
We'll try to keep it coming. Thanks.
Love watching your videos. Your guys are an inspiration to so many of us. ? Is that a purée you’re using for the lemonade?
Thanks. And yes, it's a puree. It has a longer shelf life and a more concentrated flavor.
Actually subscribed from both my RUclips accounts 🔥 definitely have to visit heartland cookers llc soon
Talk to Clay. Those guys are the best!
Isn’t it interesting how in a matter of what 30 years or so we have essentially shifted to not using or even having cash.
Very true. With the system that we use, it's so convenient to accept digital currency. With just one integrated system, we're able to accept Visa, MC, Discover, AX, Cashapp, Apple Pay and Google Pay. It's a lot safer too. But we still accept that good 'ol cash...customer convenience is the name of the game. Thanks for watching.

Bossmannnnnnnnnnn!!!!!!!
love the content❤
Thanks
Food trucks are so expensive and if u get a cheap one it cost a arm and leg to renovate I’m just a regular25 year old I wanna know wat can I do to start and to get to a good truck type of life style
A lot of people start off with just a tent. Check with your local health and other licensing departments to see if this is allowed in your area.
Good morning ☀️
Good morning. Thanks for watching. Have a great day 😀.
This has to be Mother, Father and Daughter.
Husband, wife and sister. Why did you think that we were family?
@@BossMans-Bistro-N-BBQ y'all favor
Rossman! You and wife are doing the dango Thang u hear me? I ran across the video and it was a blessing!! ❤I love seeing our blacks making it happen🎉
Restaurants and food trucks are expensive but I do want either or in the future but would u recommended someone like me who work pay check to pay check and work a normal restaurant job couldn’t save up and like buy things to do like a pop up shop or street vendor and sell food out on the street at pop up shops and save up to start a food truck ? If that makes sense I wanna know cause I have things to do that but it’s going to take me forever to get to the level of having a food truck
Definitely start with pop-ups and small catering gigs.
@@BossMans-Bistro-N-BBQ thank u so much and I’m still binge watching yall videos sorry for all the miss spelled words but love yall channel ❤️food looks amazing
Looks as if you guys could use a little more room sometimes
Definitely. That is the result of inexperience while designing and building the truck from scratch. We installed equipment that we don't use and larger than needed fridge and tables. Hopefully we'll fix those things sooner than later. Thanks for watching.
❤
Thank you!
I live in Tallahassee and want to know where you guys located. I want some barbecue!😊
We're mobile. We will be @ 4050 Esplanade Way on 4/25 for bring your kid to work day.

hi new subscriber
Thanks for subscribing.
How much business do you guys do on average?
100-200 customers.
Where are you located at
We're mobile in Tallahassee, FL. We post our set-up locations on Facebook.
Hi I new to your channel no body want show me how get food truck I have diploma in hospitality
Your number 1 obstacle will be money to purchase your food truck. It's very difficult to get financing for food trucks. That's the reason a lot of people choose to build their own a little at a time. We chose to go that route. It took us a while but, but stuck to our plan and owe no one. I hope this helps. Thanks for watching!
if that bald dude moves any slower im gonna freak out
Lol. I may be slow, but I'm deliberate. Moving fast with razor-sharp knives is a recipe for disaster. I rely on my team to make up for my old man moves. Thanks for watching. We will try to post something weekly.
Why does the woman fixing the plates, look so unhappy.
I think that's a matter of personal perception. Most commenters acknowledge how well we operate and get along in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. I know that I personally don't smile much in the kitchen and literally forget that we have a camera rolling most days. But thank you for your feedback and please continue to watch our posts.
She looks mad because her Husband gets on her nerves. Then she got to go home with him after work. I would be mad to. Lol just playing
