THIS Food Truck is a little lower on price than most I have seen. That First plate you said was a little "slim"... would cost normally $14.98 in most places... now in 2024. EASY... With Brisket, at $3.00. This late 6 months I have been looking at MANY Menus ... that when I go back into my Food Trailer... I will be ups to speed. My prices are no longer the same just in the last 5 years... This Food Truck is Amazing... That is why they're doing so well... PLEASE... Let me SEE YOU do that good.

We currently use an apple iPad PRO 10.5" running Square register with Square stand (A-SKU-0592) with tap and swipe card reader. We have a Star TSP 650 II thermal printer for the receipts and order tickets. We use an APG Cash Drawer, part # VB 320-BL1616 that is connected to the system and actuates with every transaction. Our warmers are Avantco W50 12x20 1500 watt from Webstaurant.

Yes, we take all brands of cards and cashapp. Swipe, tap, chip and manual entry all through square. Our tablet is iPad. Thanks for watching.

That's what we use. We resort to written tickets only when there is a problem with the thermal. It's a Star TSP650 II.
