If people are restricted by neural tension and fascial tension, why after a few minutes of static stretching do we have more range of motion? I’ve been debating with my gymnastics coach and I didn’t know how to respond to this one haha
How do we find out what the restrictions are and then which mobilization technique should be used. I see on your website that you have courses. As a personal trainer should I do all of them? I teach strength and conditioning to a dance team so I’m really looking into your programs. Thank you!
How nice
