Best review of this... especially the first part where you flew all over the guitar to show the dimensions and it's string height and all......thanks
thank you! :)
Just got the black one yesterday….floored by the quality, set up, and tone.
I've had mine, in blue, for about three years and it's perfect as is. I gotta make a new video soon with it. I'll approach this next one with more chug in mind. Great video.
Thank you! :)
@@megahurtz30 so I made one.
Thx for the fully detailed test, it's really helpful ! Nice performance !
Thanks! :)
So guys, if you are intereseted in this guitar, I'm gonna give you some extra info!
Mine is tuned in drop C and I did some upgrades
I got Gotoh Locking tuners (this upgrade is really simple) - In my experience this is a must!
I replaced the bridge with a Hipshot bridge (I had to drill a little just to make the holes bigger but other than that it was an easy installation)
Now, even though the pickups are okay, I replaced them with EMG 81-85 active pickups! it is important to understand that there's not a lot of room for active pickups in this guitar, so I paid a tech to do the job and it all was excelent! however, keep in mind that this upgrade is not really needed, but for me the stock pickups are a little too crispy so that's why I did this. If you wanna replace the stock pickups too, then go for passive ones, it's a lot easier.
I did nothing to the nut, I like the stock one.
I have the RGA42EXBAM and only had 2 complaints. Pickups have almost zero sustain, and the frets were filed a little too much, so the high E slides off the board pretty easily. I want to do the locking tuners, bridge, and new pickups really bad, but i don't trust myself
You could have skipped the whole pickup swap by using the tone knob, lol.
Nice looking, love the Satin finish
Una joya 💍🎶🙏
Muy buena revisión. 👍
Gracias :)

Thanks for posting this video, it is really helpful. I am considering to buy this guitar however I have a question. Does it have neck dive while playing in siting position?
No, it feels very normal, no neck dive
