I've only just stumbled upon. this interview = it's fantastic - one of the best I've listened to. So much great and sane information. Greg Fitzgerald sure does know his stuff and can pass On his knowledge in a very understandable way.

He had some good along with some different information but for the most part he agrees with many of the current United States plant-based Physicians. Don't major in the minor as someone has said so if there are some differences don't focus on that. Focus on the positive and what is stated Time After Time by doctor after doctor! Judy, He mentioned 'Fasting Can Save Your Life' by Dr Herbert Shelton, 'Eat To LIve' by Dr. Joel Fuhrman, and 'The Pleasure Trap' by Dr. Doug Lyle, as his top three. Near the end of the program he mentioned "The True Healing Art" by Dr Russell Trall. Trall was the doctor in the 1800's that didn't lose a single patient, who was eating a plant based diet, to any virus that had a high rate of death in the general population.

Trying to talk to people about changing their diet is hard work. I have been an ayurvedic practitioner for 8 years and have given up on consulting with patients about plant based eating. They come in and talk about how desperate they are to feel healthy but when I tell them they need to get rid of animal products they never come back. They are all looking for a herbal magic pill or tea to fix everything. Very Frustrating...Great talk today
I'm new to this lifestyle and loving it I'm just wondering about my blood sugar readings....It read 157. I did eat a little fruit...how does all that work ?is it ok ...will it work itself out??
I would suggest getting into some great books such as The Starch Solution and McDougall's Program for Maximum Weight Loss by Dr. John McDougall. Apart from this, Chef AJ's Secrets to Ultimate Weight Loss and Dr. Lisle and Dr. Goldhammer's The Pleasure Trap all helped me understand the importance of eating and living this way for long-term health, longevity, and all around wellness! They are all available in audiobook format if that helps, and if reading is not your thing, then absolutely go through all of Chef AJ's RUclips videos. Her "Weight Loss Wednesday" series of videos essentially cover all that she shares in her books, though getting the actual book will give you access to many more delicious recipes! Best of luck to you! :)

My mom has diabetes type 2 and is overweight around her stomach and has diarrhea a lot and brain fog , holes in her colon pockets
