An it inflammatory diet has changed my life sooooooooo much, I have lupus and I have experienced huge differences on me since I do two things. Anti inflammatory Diet and meditation. I grow my own broccoli in grow bags in my deck and it rarely makers it into my meals because I snack on it. It's actually very sweet tasting and full of flavor.... Not at all like the stiff from the super market and it doesn't need dressing! I also grow my own lettuce in salad towers and frequently eat out for breakfast with left overs from the night before mixed in so that outs a warm salad.... again it becomes the dressing. Great interview! I love that you're bringing new people into your talks!
