This is what I sm concerned and pray about. There are Sdas actively saying there is nothing wrong with church and state. One in particular. This is a summer breeze. The worldwind has not come yet. But there also are pastors focused on one or two particular thing and not looking at the whole picture. And some sda members believe everything the pastor says instead of studying. You can also see all of this. Pastor Myers thank-you. I asked God years ago to show me what's going on, and that is exactly what God did and is doing. We love you and your family. Sending much love and prayers.

How I wish and pray that the Holy Spirit will teach us and open our eyes to deeply read 2 Corinthians 6 and Spirit of Prophecy (SOP) Book: Gospel Workers, Chapter "Be Ye Separate" and Fundamentals of Christian Education Chap 61 "Special Testimony Relating to Politics" to allow God to tell us what to do in matters like these. It is shameful and saddening that our Adventist reading spirit have deteriorated and we are now disputing over plain revealed light.

Enjoyed this live and thanks for combining into one video. If I could make a suggestion please take the pic of Trump off of the thumbnail. The people who need to see this will most likely not watch with that spoiler staring them in the face. I really want to share but I know portraying Trump as "The Man of Sin" up front will be a stopper. Thanks again for the video.

    People complied!
Open your eyes and by the way. You are seeing things that most people don’t see! That is why you must keep watching and listening and praying. God is giving you something to think about. Hang in there with an open mind.

Is it a SDA doctrine that there will be a Sunday law?

  • @NoSundayLawComing
    @NoSundayLawComing 3 месяца назад +2

*If you think about it for a moment, the Sunday law could never be enforced* .
First of all there are not enough policemen and military personnel in the United States to go into every single home (or cabin or tent in the middle of nowhere) and make sure that no one is *"working on Sundays"* , and then somehow insist and force all citizens, illegals, visitors and even atheists, to actually engage and precipitate in *"worshipping God" on Sundays* . It is impossible to make another person "worship", especially someone who doesn't even believe in God. Also do you seriously think that the world's 2 BILLION Muslims would ever agree to switch from worshipping on their holy day (Fridays) and switch it to Sundays all because the Pope and the evil *apostate* Protestants apparently desire such a thing?

Is one to believe that the United States is strong enough to not only force its own people to worship on Sunday, but also force the entire world to do likewise? The entire world witnessed the great difficulty the United States had in trying to control the tiny nation of Afghanistan from 2001 to 2021. After futilely attempting to maintain control over that nation, the United States left in defeat. If the United States cannot even maintain order in this one small nation, then how is it going to control the entire world?
Secondly, the law enforcement personnel themselves would be breaking the very law they are trying to enforce by engaging in work themselves on that very day that people are supposedly demanded to rest on. *Thus any enforcement of the Sunday law would actually be self-defeating* . (Again, having personnel work on Sunday to make sure others DON'T work on Sunday would be a complete contradiction to the law itself).

Agreed, we are not there yet. The point is that there are warning signs appearing more distinctly and frequently. You are correct, it seems impossible. As a flood seemed in possible in the Days of Noah. There had never been rain or even a rain drop in the history if the world, yet Noah kept prophesizing a flood. Some very intelligent even somewhat Godly men argued that the very Laws of Nature would need to be broken for something like that to happen.
Thank you for your well thought out views and for watching!

We need to dig deeper into our understanding of the Sunday Law. We will agree that you will not find the Sunday Law mentioned anywhere in the bible. The Sunday Law is an application of the mark of the beast that is developed by our pioneers. However, Adventism today miss-applies it to the present day. Primarily we get the Sunday Law from The Great Controversy. The edition that most Adventists today are familiar with is the 1911 Edition. Many Adventists would also be familiar with the 1888 version, but have probably read the 1911 version. However, in 1884 we find the first version of the book, but it is also known as Spirit of Prophecy Volume 4.
The Great Controversy was an evolving book that developed over time, but had changed based on the circumstances of the time. In fact, The Great Controversy goes all the way back to a book called Spiritual Gifts Volume 1. This was the first version of the book we know today as The Great Controversy. But the book changes over time, because the circumstances change. And if you read through Spiritual Gifts vol. 1, you will see that Ellen White refers to slavery as the Sin of Babylon. This was the test for Gods people in the Millerite/Early Adventist history. And due to Gods people not being prepared in that time, Ellen White says "the morning was deferred in mercy". The Civil War was a period of the 7 last plagues, but it was not the end of the world. The Advent people would have a second chance. Which brings us to the 1888 history dealing with a Sunday Law, and a modified version of The Great Controversy.
What we should recognize is that the Sunday Law as we read about in The Great Controversy is past due. Their 2nd history was also one of failure, which is why we get to exist today. But if we don't take Spiritual Gifts vol. 1 and apply it literally to the present day, we have no precedent to bring The Great Controversy and apply it to our history either. We are living in a different era, and the 144,000 will recognize this.
The majority of Adventism will fall today because they are waiting for a literal Sunday law, wayyyyy out of the original intent of The Great Controversy. The Sunday Law was being agitated openly in 1888 and even in the years leading up to 1888. It was not a secret behind closed doors. Everyone knew about it, in fact there were active Sunday Laws in America even before 1888.
SDA is the 7th church of bible prophecy, the church of Laodicea. This is not a good thing. Prophecy tells us that we are in bad shape. And today Adventism calls itself the remnant church. The remnant of what? We are not the remnant church, the remnant is a part of the whole. The 144,000 are the remnant and most of Adventism will belost because they lost their prophetic eyesight a long time ago. And meanwhile, preachers within Adventism are content on giving recycled surface treasure because the focus was lost a long time ago. And Gods people will recognize that just as Christ pulled a remnant out of ancient Israel to do the work, God will also pull a remnant out of modern Israel. The stone carved out of the mountain is the remnant of the mountain and goes on to create Gods kingdom here on earth in preparation for the second Advent,

The contradiction of people working wouldn't matter, that's how the first Sunday Law was enforced in Rome. Getting people to not work isn't as hard as you think. It could be done right now without a major constitutional amendment, instead it could be done with an amendment to FSLA. First Nationally declaring Sunday as a rest day, and forcing employers to pay time and a half which is the actual plan. If you want to guarantee no one works at all they could mandate a ridiculously pay high rate for employees working on Sunday, like 4x the hourly rate for example but Exclude hospitals, and law enforcement. Sure some people will work by doing chores, BUT they'll know they are home because of the "Christian Sabbath" or they can't go grocery shopping "because of the Christian Sabbath" just like in Germany. And Law enforcement wouldn't need to monitor for people doing chores, neighbors and family could simply report you. In Minnesota Tim Walz had a hotline to report people during covid for doing things like walking your dog or going to church
We don't have to argue whether a Sunday Law is feasible or not, what we really should argue is if the Sunday Law can be applied to Rev 13 &14. And so far, I have yet to seen ANY church interpret it with an overwhelming amount of evidence like the SDA does. Every church bases their interpretation upon theories and suppositions but the Adventist faith boldly claims that the mark of the beast is a Sunday Law. And can back it up with scripture and history
I don't believe the prophecies in Revelation 13 was put there to confuse us, it was put there for a warning. Why would God confuse us about something so important? The burden is on you to demonstrate how Revelation 13 ESPECIALLY Revelation 14:9-12 is not in reference to a commandment. Revelation 14:9-12 LITERALLY tells you those who receive the mark of the beast are disobeying the 10 commandments. How do you reconcile that?

@@mikhailhunter5277 Thank you for your thoughtful perspective and view. You mentioned a number of things here, but for now let me address your question. You said:
*_Revelation 14:9-12 LITERALLY tells you those who receive the mark of the beast are disobeying the 10 commandments. How do you reconcile that?"*
Does it really? Are "the commandments of God" restricted only to the ten commandments? Please notice that Revelation 14 says nothing about a "Sunday Law" or some of the other things Adventists commonly assert. Just read it for yourself:
      Revelation 14:6‭-‬12
_Then I saw another angel flying high overhead, with the eternal gospel to announce to the inhabitants of the earth - to every nation, tribe, language, and people. He spoke with a loud voice: “Fear God and give him glory, because the hour of his judgment has come. Worship the one who made heaven and earth, the sea and the springs of water.” And another, a second angel, followed, saying, “It has fallen, Babylon the Great has fallen. She made all the nations drink the wine of her sexual immorality, which brings wrath.” And another, a third angel, followed them and spoke with a loud voice: “If anyone worships the beast and its image and receives a mark on his forehead or on his hand, he will also drink the wine of God’s wrath, which is poured full strength into the cup of his anger. He will be tormented with fire and sulfur in the sight of the holy angels and in the sight of the Lamb. And the smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever, and they have no rest, day or night, these worshipers of the beast and its image, and whoever receives the mark of its name.” Here is a call for the endurance of the saints, those who keep the commandments of God and their faith in Jesus"_ .
This passage, *in plain straight forward context, does NOT say what Adventism makes it say* . 1) It does not command seventh-day Sabbath keeping. 2) It does not identify churches that meet on Sunday as Babylon, and 3) it does not say the mark of the beast is worshiping on Sunday.
Yet Adventism actually claims that this passage says all of this, and MORE via their "3 Angels Message" interpretation. They stake their whole eschatological scheme and identity as the "remnant church" upon these claims. To demand this understanding is engage in theological manipulation, and it is a great example of what reading INTO a passage (eisegesis) looks like. It is not proper exegesis of what the passage plainly states, and that is why absolutely no one else has ever come up with these false interpretations of Revelation 14.
Consider this: If something as dramatic as the whole concept of the close of a supposed probation (the ending of a supposed investigative judgement) and a coming universal Sunday Law following where Christians attending church on Sundays will suddenly be damned forever, then surely it would be described much more directly in the Bible. Wouldn't God want to let others know this doctrine if it were true?
      I welcome your thoughts.

@@mikhailhunter5277 How would you make people *"worship God"* to begin with?
I've asked a number of SDAs if they purposefully make sure to AVOID worshipping God on Sundays because such a thing is viewed as terribly bad. Some don't know how to answer because it sounds so completely absurd. Yet they give pause here because Adventism actually claims that this is one of the factors of the mark of the beast.
Ellen White describes it this way:
_"If the light of truth has been presented to you, revealing the Sabbath of the fourth commandment, and showing that there is no foundation in the Word of God for Sunday observance, and yet you still cling to the false sabbath, refusing to keep holy the Sabbath which God calls "My holy day," you receive the mark of the beast. When does this take place? _*_When you obey the decree that commands you to cease from labor on Sunday and worship God_*_ , while you know that there is not a word in the Bible showing Sunday to be other than a common working day, you consent to receive the mark of the beast, and refuse the seal of God."_ (Ellen G. White, SDA Bible Commentary, vol. 7, p. 980.)
Notice carefully that in order to receive the mark of the beast one must:
      1) *"Cease from labor on Sunday"* and ...
      2) *"Worship God"* on Sunday
It follows that if you do just the opposite of these two things, you will NOT receive the mark of the beast. So on this point I am curious. Given that these two things are the key to avoiding the MOB, do you currently *actually REFUSE to worship God every Sunday, and do you make sure that you ARE engaged in laboring of some sort every Sunday?*
(Just to let you know, if you are NOT currently doing these things right now, per official SDA teachings that is apparently OKAY, *for now* , because "no one currently has the mark of the beast" . But just make sure to do these things in the future when the Sunday law is finally enforced.)
If you are thrown into jail and are unable to do labor on Sundays (because you are in chains), you can still keep the second part where you must not *worship God* on Sundays. To do this you might just avoiding thinking about God altogether on that particular day. No praying, singing or rejoicing of any kind should be committed on this day otherwise God might sense you are worshipping Him.
Obviously I am being a little facetious here because these claims about the Sunday law are in fact completely absurd to begin with!
A couple of questions for you here 1) What do you really think the Sunday law is all about if it is NOT what Ellen White defines it to be? And given that the Bible says nothing about the *"first day of the week"* ever being forced upon anyone at anytime, 2) why do you believe in it? 3) Have you ever considered that Ellen White might be wrong in her predictions of it? (After all, no other Christian denomination comes to this conclusion, including other Sabbatarian groups).

Your interpretation of Revelation 13 is flawed. The Papacy as a unique world dominating power only rules for 1260 years after which it receives a deadly wound. The Papacy never returns to power as a unique world dominating power even after its deadly wound is healed. After the wound is healed the Papacy returns to power as part of a coalition of religious and political powers--the seven heads and ten horns. The heads are symbolic of religious systems and because there are seven heads it encompasses all the religious systems of the world of which the papacy is only one of the seven. We know these heads are religious systems because they are all blasphemous and one of the heads is the papacy (identified by its deadly wound) which forces the other six heads to be religious systems as well. Incidentally, Protestantism is also one of the heads (the head which continues for a short space--Revelation 17). This rules out America's apostate Protestantism as the second beast. The sea from which the first beast rises is identified by the bible as peoples, etc. (populated area); however, earth is never identified in Revelation in any context as a unpopulated or sparsely populated region. Earth is not the opposite of sea but he opposite of the heaven(s). Land is the opposite of sea. Of the approximately 59 times earth is used in the book of Revelation is is never used to denote a sparsely populated region of earth. I could go on...
