Great and a much needed discussion. I’m English and am typically very reserved. When I first saw the wailing and shaking revival type things on TV when I was not religious I found it really off putting. I thought that if that’s what finding God is like I don’t want it. satan won at that time. Many years later, I’ve recently found God. My revival started with changes in my life like stopping watching secular TV & movies, stopping listening to secular music, feeling a NEED to read and understand the Bible, feeling like there’s a message I need to hear, feeling like there’s something better for me (not materialistically). My revival has been gentle, slow & is ongoing 🙏🏼

When I see people falling on the ground, emotions , noise and I look in my Bible and I don’t see any of that happening when Jesus was on earth and when the disciples had the Holy Spirit…..well we need to be very careful

The Bible and The Bible Alone. The Bible, GOD'S WORD Is what All Christians should go by!! And if Apostate Christian Churches taught the Bible and all the people in these Churches Actually Read The Bible, Studied It, and Lived Their Lives by it. They would not be so easily deceived. But most of them are just plain Lazy. They want their Pastors, Reverends or even priests like the episcopal Ian's to tell them what they've read or Studied. That's why so many people are deceived, because they don't put an Effort into it. But Praise GOD for 3ABN pastors and teachers for taking the time to have us look up the Scriptures and follow along and Truly Study the Word of GOD. AMEN

March 24th, 2024: I've been listenning all way along about this discussion on ' True and False Revivals '; and my question is this: Could there be any Revival without an individual REFORMATION? As Jesus said," You have your cups cleaned in the inside firstly, then the outter, " So, let's first get our lives right towards GOD by true reformation and then to receving from GOD the refreshing of the latter rain revivals.😅

Revive - to bring back to life. In this case. Spiritually. Therefore, it has to be through the Lord and meet the requirements of the Lord (as revealed throughout the Bible). This requires true repentance, an inner healing only He can do, a filling of Him and eradication of self. Etc.

I said if these people in revivals run home to their living together partner and jump in bed, they are still living in sin and are not repentant. Period the end. People need to change their sinful wYs...no drunkenness, fornication, cheating, lying.....etc

The event discontinued in the campus doesn't mean the revival is dying out... It's continuing when the people bringing home and continue with positive changes in their lives... then would this be a true revival?

We have to be very careful coz we can never know all the ways of the Holy Spirit. Never put GOD in a box, there is no one formula for a True Revival because God is Sovereign He does what He want with who and when. Who are you mortal man to think to know the thoughts of GOD the Holy Spirit

Those churches that show ppl being slain in the spirit, gibberish talk, slithering on the floor, drunk in the spirit. That is not the work of the holy spirit, but the kundalini spirit. When the spirit fell upon the apostles in the upper room. They spoke in tongues that whoever heard it, heard it in their own native tongue. So if God gave this gift today. They'd speak. Hebrew. Italian, English. French, German, Greek, Urdu. Etc. To be slain in the spirit. Is judgement from God. Remember the couple who lied to the Holy Spirit in the book of ACTS? We are not to be drunk in the spirit, but we must remain sober at all times. I tell you the truth. The Kundalini Spirit has already been judged. Stay away from her.

Something fascinating about the new covenant … Hebrews 8:10 “For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My laws in their mind and write them on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.” God wants to write His law on our hearts.
We are saved by grace. No one has ever been saved by their works. God has only and always had one way to save mankind "the everlasting gospel" Do we still have sin in the world today? How does the Bible define sin? It says sin is lawlessness, breaking God's law. 1 John 3:4 It's clear from the Bible, Matthew 1:21 that Jesus came to save us from sin and he intends to, with our cooperation remove sin from our lives. He intends to give us victory over every sin that besets us. He will not leave us in the same mess He found us in. It's unbiblical to think God saves us and then leaves us to stay in bondage to sin. So if I know that stealing is a sin and I refuse to stop where does that leave me? In rebellion. Rev. 3:5 is clear, "He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life…" A true saving relationship with Christ leads to a life of obedience to His commands and that includes His Ten Commandments. This is evidence of walking with Christ, not something we do to earn salvation. The Sabbath is a gift of resting in Christ, and the Bible gives us abundant evidence to pinpoint that day. The Scripture is also clear, there is another power that has attempted to change that day of rest and it will lead to a final choice for mankind in the end. Worship God according to His Commandments or Worship the beast on the day he has chosen.

A True revival is powered by much prayer and fasting and being lead of God how to conduct the services and every aspect of the services? It should have great deliverance and the ministers must first b partakers of the fruit of the Holy Spirit? A real revival needs a seasoned minister in charge so when God's power and glory takes over he will know how to be lead of God to not quench the Holy Spirit? Most of our revivals have been false? You will know them by there fruit? A laborer must first be partaker of the fruit of the Holy Spirit? The true signs will always be part of the real revival? Demons should be casted out and healings and great wonders take place? Most true revivals cannot take place because the pastor and clergy do not know that the prayer must go up everyday of the revival and fasting to break the bondage? This is God's fight so He must be lifted up Daily to keep the fire of the Holy Ghost going strong? God's favor must start in the prayer room Amen
There will be no gr8 revival this side of the tribulation. In the church age. Only during the gr8 tribulation will there be a gr8 revival.
