Something fascinating about the new covenant … Hebrews 8:10 “For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My laws in their mind and write them on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.” God wants to write His law on our hearts.
We are saved by grace. No one has ever been saved by their works. God has only and always had one way to save mankind "the everlasting gospel" Do we still have sin in the world today? How does the Bible define sin? It says sin is lawlessness, breaking God's law. 1 John 3:4 It's clear from the Bible, Matthew 1:21 that Jesus came to save us from sin and he intends to, with our cooperation remove sin from our lives. He intends to give us victory over every sin that besets us. He will not leave us in the same mess He found us in. It's unbiblical to think God saves us and then leaves us to stay in bondage to sin. So if I know that stealing is a sin and I refuse to stop where does that leave me? In rebellion. Rev. 3:5 is clear, "He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life…" A true saving relationship with Christ leads to a life of obedience to His commands and that includes His Ten Commandments. This is evidence of walking with Christ, not something we do to earn salvation. The Sabbath is a gift of resting in Christ, and the Bible gives us abundant evidence to pinpoint that day. The Scripture is also clear, there is another power that has attempted to change that day of rest and it will lead to a final choice for mankind in the end. Worship God according to His Commandments or Worship the beast on the day he has chosen.

I became Seventh Day Adventist from Pentecostal church... I still love and respect them because God made them part of my journey.... About the Sabbath if it was just about a Day called 7th and 1st then any discussions about the Sabbath and Sunday would not be Relevant... There is a Bigger Picture and that's what we are discussing now... If you went Starbuck order a Latte or Expresso the Worker will ask... Which one do you want? Your reply, "What difference does it make both are just Coffee... that clerk will look at you funny, may call you crazy too... The Truth is Yes, they are both coffee but the One whose mixing the drinks need to know which Tastes you want to Mix in order to Taste like a True latte or expresso... God is the one who creates the Mixture like the Worker is the one ask you to choose latte or expresso. You can take the ingredients and make your own latte or expresso at home but it want taste like the Starbucks.... If there is a God there is a Devil with the opposite... The 10 Commandments is still relevant today by most Christians, Thou Shalt not Steal, Lie, etc. However, when you focus on the 4th Commandment most people want to cut it out like its not relevant. Most Christians are called Christians because they follow in the steps and teaching of Christ, Jesus. So, if you want to be like Christ follow what He followed Do what He do and his disciples... I'm not only Worshipping on Saturday Sabbath, I'm keeping the same day Jesus Christ kept also As far as the Taste of the coffee Expresso or Latte God did the mixture for the 7th day Sabbath, He put 3 Ingredients in that day that He didn't do for any of the other 6 days, He Rested, Santified, Blessed it. It was not Starbucks Latte or Expresso but it was good. I read somewhere it said , " On Taste and see that the Lord is Good" Also, They that worship me must Worship me Must Worship me in Spirit & Truth. God put them both Together to have a Godly Worship Experience Bro. Willie Texas
We must always remember to assure people that if we ask Him, God will give us grace (His power) to obey.

The Sabbath is part of the Law of Love and the Law of Liberty. It is like a wall of protection around God's people. But there is a hole in the wall. A "breach" in the wall. God wants us to be repairers of the breach. Keep the Sabbath holy and share with others.

The joyful manner in which you present the Sabbath Day of God, as a gift to humans, should be noticed by all. Sunday keepers can only argue offensively about the Sunday because it doesn't have the backing of the Word of God.🐱🙏👍👍 AAAAAAAMEN. Nor do sexually perverted relationships have the backing of the Word of God. God is The God of Integrity, standing firm on and for Good, not accepting of those things which diminish His creation.

Good day. I love the topic and what y'all said. I'm a Seventh day Adventist myself. They are people leaving the church today saying that when Jesus said It Is Finished on the cross, everything like the ten commandments and the Sabbath was done away with. I am even asked if we are under the law still with Exodus 31:13-17. I don't know how to reply
Interested study we've did some of study at church in Bible class about two weeks ago.

God rested on te 7thDay.He said remember to keep it Holy.I look around and Holiness is hard to find in these religions everyone chooses one LINE OR WORD AND ITS A RELIGION. The question is " Who invited this person to perform for these young peop?” Quite a number of these youth Pastors/ leaders will have to answer to God.
the Bible introduces God, YHWH, as the Creator (Gen. 1:1) and it is the Sabbath institution that points to us that God is the Creator. that's how important the Sabbath is! it is God's sign (standard, flag, banner) that shows to us God as our Creator and identifies Him from any other so-called god. (any other god that claims to have created also in six days but failed to end it with a Sabbath has no proof to support his claim.) by keeping the Sabbath day holy, we are sure that it is the Creator indeed that we worship.

Keeping the Sabbath doesn't contradict or prohibit us to praise God every day. In fact we should have a daily walk with God. But the Sabbath is God's special appointed Day.
(Exodus 20:8 KJV) Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.

So I take it that you could not find a verse in the Bible where Jesus said he changed the wonderful plan of salvation feast days listed in Leviticus 23 and replaced them with the Roman holidays. Thanks for letting me know.
He did not change the feast day but he did take the Last Supper on Thursday before he was betrayed and handed over to the Jewish priest for death penalty! As a respect of Sabbath, he did not die on and buried on Sabbath too; however, he did preach and perform miracles and healing on Sabbath! That is how he respect Sabbath....by showing God's power of miracles and healing on Sabbath!
