- Former President Donald Trump's account shared a video on social media Monday that included reference to a "unified Reich" among possible developments if he were to win re-election in November, drawing criticism from the Biden campaign. The Trump campaign responded Tuesday saying the video 'was not a campaign video', and then removed it from Trump's social media, but the Biden campaign isn't having it.

It's possible that the campaign media team's story is true, since the word is not prominent.
It's probably a lie and they knew what they were doing, but the media team's claim is not impossible.
If you're truly interested, the wording was already there, it's from an online media kit which features an old world war 2 magazine video, and whoever bought the video edited out the stock writing, but forgot to edit out the transition page. So, the wording isn't even from anyone associated with Trump, it's a company that sells all kinds of informational news packages.
Yeah, it's not like it is used regularly in the English Language.

That's not a "mistake" and it's not something that's up for interpretation. The word "Reich" is so loaded historically that you cannot put it in somewhere and claim innocence about it, especially not if used in an english phrasing. In "best" case it was put there as a kind of a dog whistle to certain groups supporting Trump (not that it would make it any better), but most probably it was used because _everyone_ involved with the Trump campaign is fine with the concept of turning the US into a new fascist-theocratic oligarchy under one "Orange Messiah".
