If feasable, it would be great if there were extra especially AFFORDABLE dishes for them to take home for their families to share. I mean, tuna isn't a hard one to provide, cheese may be a tough one. It may be eaten on Roti. Soups, stews, etc are usually easy enough to make extra.

Makes me wish I could send Auntie a case of tuna fish. It's going up in price but still a good value. Tuna melts are good. But tuna salad on a bed of greens with no bread is good too.

Yes! Canned tuna fish is cheap and available, and there are a few key recipes! Tuna melts are delicious. Oh, yes, give one to Auntie, or at my age, I should say, Sister! She will appreciate it! This is a very high protein sandwich, a good choice for lunch or dinner. 36 grams of protein.
Very good with dill weed in it as well as lemon juice, lemon pepper, pickle relish, coarse black pepper and some coarse sea salt, horseradish, a bit of worcester sauce, green onions, black olives even. Thats just a list no need to add them all, ppl also will add chopped celery but id go with celery seeds, a little onion salt would be good in it too
I like to mix albacore tuna and regular tuna in oil together too
Try fried seafood patties with baked potatoes

This is a cheap grade of tuna to offer. Try solid white in water next time. Props for cutting the sandwiches into triangles. The video should have ended at 4:35.
