Technically yes. The company is based in Italy. However I think they probably have factories here as well or have signed agreements to have the product made in large facilities that make other candy as well. It would likely be a hell of a lot cheaper than shipping/importing it. But I'm honestly to lazy to look it up right now.@@JMarieCAlove
