I liked your explanations and your video. I also enjoyed seeing you wearing clogs while driving. One suggestion make videos directing and showing the correct position and how you use the pedals at an angle so that you don't feel pain or cramp in your legs. Success on your channel.
I've done all of that and ultimately the uncomfortable position of my neck affects my entire posture. I literally sore from driving. I can't even make motions between the pedals comfortably. I end up taking the head rest off and suddenly I feel better b
Yes I have noticed how some headrests give you no choice but to force your head forward and that’s why I suggested reclining the back part of the seat.
Taking the headrest off is taking away a safety feature of your car. The fact that the neck positioning impacts your ability to use your legs is not normal. You should look into it using the MRI study of the neck.
Okay, so my head rest is angled forward very much. Here's a picture: cevpu.com/toyota/2017-toyota-corolla.html/attachment/2017-toyota-corolla-xse-interior-seats-rear-passengers I find that when I have a bun in the middle of my head or lower, I have no pain with my head against the head rest. When I don't I can't get comfortable. Do you think that a headrest neck pillow that hits where my neck meets my head is a good idea?
Hmmm. Why can’t you pull the bun down and when you are done driving pull it up? It makes me think that if you have one of those traveling neck pillows you will be too accommodating to keep it in place.
After watching I adjusted my seat and it's a lot better: Thank you.
Everything you said makes sense from a posture perspective. Sadly, sitting forward (with back off seat) is most likely worse for safety.

@@irvinespine I've done that, ma'am, but today I flipped my headrest. I slid it in backwards and was it was so, so much better.
@@irvinespine was trying to look at your credentials, and I'm not knocking you, but i can't find them.
