This tutorial looks awesome! I just picked up my ukulele this afternoon after almost a year of not playing (and even when I played I was still a beginner haha), this song will be a good goal to practice again until I can play it. I love how close to the original your version is with a basic strumming pattern, it will be great to practice chords! Thank you for sharing, and you have a gorgeous voice ❤️

I don't really have an opinion on the song since I don't like it a lot, but well, tastes. But you, you're awesome, your voice is beautiful and you make great every song you sing.
aww that's awesome!! you totally should!! mostly I'd say do what you want - if there's someone who inspires you to make stuff and you want to make stuff like them, do that!! That's how I was motivated to start. :) It helps to make a schedule too. At first I did once a month, and now I do once a week! Also, youtube goes pretty slow (it was definitely a challenge to get views and subscribers at first, and I'm still working on it!), but just keep going and eventually you'll see your channel grow! ^^ There's also tons of helpful advice videos on youtube for starting out, like Roberto Blake is a great one. I'm gonna sub to you so I can see what you post in the future! Good luck!!

Oh thanks so much!! I'm so glad it was helpful!! I usually go look for the chords online and then tweak them if they need to be! Sometimes I transpose them if the key is tricky for the ukulele too! I think for this particular one I might have checked out what chords they had in the DEH songbook and then simplified it a bit more :)
So I learned D7 completely differently? I didn’t learn it as the second fret on the G and E string, I learn it as you play D, and then you add your pinky finger to the third feet on the A string. Does it matter how you play it?
Yes that's the typical version of the D7 chord and if that's the one you use, more power to ya!! I just used the other version since it's easier and more friendly to beginners. :)
