I was 165lbs and could never clean bulk. Every time I tried eating in a calorie surplus I just wasn't able to put on size, never mind stay consistent with it with the results I was shown. I used mass gainers to get from 130-160 lbs. Definitely put on some belly fat, but i found it way easier to then maintain that 160 lbs and recomp my body composition once i was at that weight. Trying to bulk with normal foods was so hard for me, but over time I’ve improved my eating habits and appetites and i find maintaining 160 lbs, was just as easy as maintaining 130 lbs. Using mass gainers just helped me get to 160 way easier, would recommend, but don’t rely on them long term. I havnt taken any once i hit my target weight. Trying to put on 30 lbs clean was impossible for me.

I once had a friend whom I had no idea was ripped with muscles until I saw him with his shirt off, because he always wore clothes that hid his physique.

It definitely works if u struggle to get food down, I’m now maintaining 205 trying to get rid of the belly fat. Definitely harsh on your stomach for first couple weeks but your body gets used to it eventually. My suggestion is to take this and switch over to getting all your protein and carbs from foods

It took me awhile to gain 5kgs but for me it's worth it if you're a skinny person and have a very very fast metabolism lol.
yea I'm currently taking this gainer too and it has to be one of the worst things I've ever drank/tasted. and you'll only see results if you drink it everyday which makes me sick to my stomach. the scoop size is ridiculous so it's better off to just take creatine and add it to your regular protein powder mix, not a gainer 😂

Got that exact same brand…using 2 scoops is absolutely sickening it’s way too much liquid and your left feeling bloated and full for ages you don’t even wanna eat😂….on the package it says use 700ml liquid with 2 scoops but I just use 500ml and 1 scoop after a meal twice in the day,if you wanna gain with out stomach issues I would advise USN brand

This stuff does work, I have gained over 10 pounds and I’m only on my second tub of it, paired with eating as much regular food as possible.
