😂Lambo door kit would be hilarious 🤷🏾♂️ just make sure it's done where it can be undone so they won't hate you.
Give it a better exhaust pls.
Soooo Alex can a Canadian boy like me win this c63????? Please say yes lol
Alex, I've been doing fitness and different dieting for a few years now. Intermittent fasting that works ok for me is eating everything within a 4 hour window (usually starting around 2pm so I'm not completely starving before bed). Long fasts 24hrs plus doesn't work for me, I've tried and anything after 24 hours and my body basically shuts down, guessing because I don't have enough body fat to burn for energy. Just eat easy foods to break your fast!

Peter is a really good addition to the team
He is a gentleman and an entertainer plus a fine mechanic. The best I'd say!
@@Rouxenator and half japanese
He's no longer an addition. He is part of the team.
I love the vid and you 3 guys make a awesome team.
Alex, you gotta hook our Boi Max up with some STI Brembo’s and build this car as you find parts.
Forget Peter. The tiny hammer is the best addition to the team!!! Just kidding of course, Peter is great but so is the tiny hammer.
Honestly felt like I was working alongside you guys in a buddies garage, talking shop, fighting bolts, and modding our cars. Wouldn’t watch an hour long video about a rusty subbie if I didn’t feel like I was right there with you guys. Great chemistry and even better lessons! Thanks for the great content and team!
Everybody needs a Alex and Peter in their lives. You guys are a rare type of great people in todays world, thanks for sharing.

So true 😊
Tavarish only helps himself and sells his cars to other RUclipsrs where on this channel they are always helping the ones who need help
@@RS-cd9cf yeah so true.
@@RS-cd9cf Okey, that's a massive lie, you can hate on Tavarish as much as you want and don't like/watch his content, but he has done A LOT of videos helping others in need and he does way more behind the cameras.
Peter is literally the definition of happy. Love it! The team is full of amazing humans! Great job Alex!
Thank you so much, again! I seriously cannot express how grateful I am to you and Peter for doing this! Best workplace EVER!
I’d say you should get that thing undercoated before it gets any worse
@@SilentRacer911 I plan to!
They are cool. And you doing a great job editing
@@max_edits_stuff and lots of cavity wax
Other than the no eating part it’s alright
Kudos to Alex and Peter. The 3 LSC Amigos seem like a great team.
Hey guys you have succeeded in giving me back my confidence in humanity. I am 65 years old and worked for 49 years of that. I have been privileged to have some outstanding people I have worked for but for you two, to do this for one of your employees is a blessing to watch. AWESOME just AWESOME!!!!
Awesome job guys! Love this fix! Yes, we in the South (Atlanta) don’t have the nightmare you have up in Chi. I’m originally from NY and remember the horrors of rust. You definitely have it worse over there! Down here, yes, the sun cooks the interior and paint. Don’t forget to replace the passenger side front! Keep up the great work guys!
Two mechanics fight rust for hours while one teaches the other Japanese phrases. Haha, love the video guys!
And the difference between etymology and entomology! Win.
Dudes I love you, MASSIVE respect. I couldn’t do what you guys can do, so please, don’t glance behind you when you’re driving forward, hands at 9 and 3 and never use your phone while your car is moving.
For those seconds while you’re looking backwards or at your phone your car is hurtling forward, driverless.
CHILD! BIKE! Can take less time than it takes to say it.
Peace, love and respect.
Man I couldn’t stop smiling after Max walked in the shop. Such a genuine reaction. You could tell it was real!! Congratulations Max. It’s obvious you guys are a great team.Your very blessed😇🙏🏻

You guys are restoring our faith in humanity. Thanks for taking good care of Max. What a great video! And Peter is awesome.
Peter fits in so well. How did we go so long without him?
I dont remember life without him
Thats awesome that you guys did this for him. Shows what kind of guys you really are. Haulted everything at the shop for a day to work on his car with parts you guys bought. Thats just awesome. He's very lucky to have friends/co workers that would do something like this for him. Especially when he was already planning on and ready to buy parts himself to fix the issues. Now he got his car not only fixed for free but modded/more than he was going to do. Good on you guys.
I love how Peter was introduced as a friend helping for the video and now he's in every video
Yea I don't think he was ever announced as a employee. He was brought in to help on 1 project and never left lol.
Peter can easily be a really likable villan! Everyone would be rooting for him.
The world needs more of THIS. Nice people, doing nice things for people who deserve them.
Alex, your generosity knows no bounds! This is the best automotive channel on RUclips! Bless you and your family and Peter!
Mad props to Alex and Peter for being able to keep the whole thing from Max. It couldn't have been easy.
looks good front stance looks good fyi back is still little high
Y'all are good friends I love how u looking out for him ur awesome 👍 love all ur content
You can tell he is happy. I don't think I have ever seen a real ear to ear grin. He was smiling the whole time. Well done video I loved it
You and Peter make a great team. I hope you continue working and filming together. I enjoy your interaction with one another. Thanks for the great and informative videos.
You really helped out Max and his family. Peter is a great addition to your channel.
I just rebuilt the front suspension on my wife’s ‘03 MINI and I felt your pain dealing with the rust, corrosion and seized nuts & bolts.
I wish I could work with a small team like this. No matter how tough work got, knowing that I was working with people that I knew and cared about and to be able to make a real difference in their life. Man that's living the dream!
I love your content, watching you work together is a gift and I am so glad you put all this effort into it for us!
True it’s a little family 🥰👍🏻 three awesome guys , love this channel so much
I absolutely loved the video. I agree with all previous complimentary comments. Alex is such a class guy when h e does these magnamimous gestures. Gestures ? Whoa these are way beyond gestures, they are complete generous gifts. What I really appreciate is that Alex doesn't make the gift all about himself. It's about watching the pure joy on the recipients face. Kudos to you Alex. Keep on giving the way you do, I hope you will be blessed.
alex your a true legend. the world needs more alex and peters. keep it up guys your awesome. much love frome the UK
tbh pretty great that you and the team did this for someone as great as max, seems like a genuine guy, father husband etc so kudos to you all!
“Without a hitch”…….in the past, used by joiners and carpenters: “Hitch" in this case means "roughness, a hook on a smooth surface of the board." The phrase originated in the professional speech of carpenters, for whom the smooth finish of wood with various tools was an indicator of the quality of work. Literally, smoothly and without any flaws. This has transitioned to how you want everything to go smoothly, without a hitch.
I read, many years ago, that it was a nautical based idiom. Had something to do with the rope not being "hitched". If the rope wasn't lashed around a hitch, it ran more quickly. If it was, it ran more slowly.
@@aaronbritt2025 So cool that such vastly different tradesmen use the same sayings.
Little low in the front Guys. Awesome surprise for him, great content
Love this channel. No nonsense drama, or scammy tactics ever.
It was great to do something for your employee who really appreciated it. Great job Alex and Pete.
Peter made the channel a lot better the channel already was perfect, and he made it that much better! You guys make me rewatch videos for the whole week you rock 😂 ❤
Great automotive RUclips channel. I lived in Japan 7.5 years so understand Peter. Now I live in Phoenix AZ and our automotive issues are not so much rust and Salt corrosion but sun is relentless so paint get dried and faded; roads are. It all silky smooth so suspension parts get hammered; heat also drains batteries faster and tires get dried out fast and super hot driving on the hot asphalt so it is hard on tires. Interior plastics crack and leather upholstery gets dried and cracks unless conditioned frequently. Understandably covered parking or working from home is a highly coveted work perk! Keep up the great shows and projects. Learning lots!
Wow that's a SERIOUS hook up for your editor in chief!! Amazing friend to have in Alex!! I'm so happy for all of you guys that your channel blew up like it did, you go to retire from your municipal job and are pretty much living your dream above your dream!! Great job Alex, you're a wonderful dude!!
Max‘ reaction was so nice and genuine, he’s a good person all you three guys are so amazing this channel is coming along very nicely 🥰👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
If anyone watching Alex's videos but has not purchased any merch... Let me tell... the shirts are Super soft and high quality. They also wash nice but just make sure as with any printed shirts that you wash them inside out for longevity.
I felt the pain at 29:30...I LEGIT just changed the control arms on my 94 E320 wagon and had to beat the absolute crap out of it to remove the ball joint from the steering knuckle...and mine is a FL/GA car with no rust. Peter is a fantastic addition to the channel - great video as always, Alex!
Alex, you and Peter did an amazing job, you always pay it forward!!!! You guys are awesome!!!!
You really have. Rested such a good team around you. Both guys are genuine and you can see y’all have a good time together. It’s just good chemistry. I love watching yall
You and Peter are good guys with hearts of gold!!!! Great stuff and great content. Im working on my 98 mustang and getting her going again. You guys are the inspiration.
Love this channel. Max and Peter and huge enhancements to the quality. Hi jinx stays in its lane. Nothing too goofy. Extremely informative. My only gripe is that there are so many cool projects i want to see finished I’m not sure the crew can keep up with our appetite for content. Alex congratulations on your success and for the future success of your freshly solidified team.
There is no way this video was over an hour long. I couldn’t believe how good the Subaru looked. The lower ride height and the wheels really made the car look cool. Never thought I would say that about an outback
didn't even realize until I read your comment, just auto assumed it was a 20 min video 😂
1.) Car looks great lowered
2.) Peter is just what the channel needed
Been sometime since I asked the RUclips world to get you to a million subs. AP, your on your way and I can't wait to witness it. So proud of you and Peter. On to a million, You rock!!
Nice work on the outback, fun to watch. Those new wheels are very nice however those tires don’t look suitable for Chi-town winters. Recommend Max start looking soon for a set of winter rims and snow tires. For dealing with lots of snow if thats an issue these days, I wonder if that suspension could accept some Airlift airbags?
Great Sci-Fix movie!
Love the explorations of entymology, mechanical conundrums, juggling (oops), fasting, banter - all while working with an eye on any future owners. Excellent work/fun!
Loving the general knowledge trivia with Peter- I hope this becomes its own regular segment
Legend has it Peter got fed up with being a professor and just wanted to go back to the simple life
Whenever a new video is posted, it's like mom's announced dinner's ready. You drop everything and hungrily consume what's been dished out - bonus, dessert is always included. Gotta love it. Much respect.
with so many not nice auto youtubers, you guys are so genuine and refreshing!
What a nice thing to do for an employee. Well done Alex and Peter!
Hey I was a mechanic in Michigan salted roads in the winter, use a acetylene torch on rusty nuts and bolts get them glowing red and they'll come right out
Very cool man. I love seeing channels share the success with the team that makes it happen!
That's a good thing you did for Max, fixing up his Outback and modding it.
Peter doing the sabotage and in a voice worthy of a Hollywood villain makes me laugh, a lot! (And the fact that he muffed it the first time makes me laugh even harder!)
Very kind and generous of you to help out a friend. As a German technician of 24 years, I would never work in the rust belt. That looked painful 😢
Best car RUclips channel out there right now. You guys are awesome. Congrats on 800k!!
Great job, terrific to see you looking after your employees so well.
It is awesome that you did this for him. Especially with having to deal with all that rust.
Stuff like this and the donation of the car for the folks that needed one, are why LSC is the first thing I watch when it’s “car video time” on the internet. Class acts.
Absolutely fantastic, it's so good to surprise someone even better when it's a friend and a work colleague well done

Having a Peter on the team is very good luck. That outback I will say looks wonderful. I have a liking for the Subaru Outback and I hope he enjoys it to the end
you guys are so much fun. the commentary makes the content even better. PS. yeah in AZ we dont have rusty cars, but everything is dry-rotted. and its 1.6 million degrees 340 days out of the year.
Not to mention our cars are covered in dust like 24/7 and rock chips are a pita lmao
I love the banter between the two of you. You can tell your great friends! Peter you are the man!
I think there needs to be something said for content creators keeping their staff safe, providing them means of transport, and just simply looking after them Etc.
Keep up the great content, I’m always waiting for the next video to be live!
This channel keeps getting better. Alex and Peter bantering throughout the process had me laughing out loud. Keep up the great work guys.
I love when Max walked in and had about 20 full seconds of VISIBLE CONFUSION 😅
Side note, I've watched enough South Main Auto channel Subaru videos to know you need to break the big torch out when you're working on them in the rust belt! You had it easy in comparison to some of SMA's carnage!
Great at keeping secrets, not so much at breaking drive shafts! LOL Great work guys!
@29:10
Hi I live in AZ and NV. High torque impacts are only really needed for crankshaft bolts. Also all our paint is ridiculously faded. Even on cars that aren’t that old.
And on older cars. The plastic dashes turn into dust.
And I’m convinced a lot of people are driving their cars blissfully unaware, that they’re on the verge of over heating.
But no rust!! 😁
Hands down the best channel/duo on youtube!! Every video you guys make are informative and entertaining. Always find myself waiting for the next upload 🤣
I know this is old but just found you guys. Glad I did. I did Intermittent Fasting and Keto for three years. I've never felt better and I'm 46. People are shocked at my age. Anyways, I'm cycling both IF and Keto and will jump back on in two months. Such benefits to this, congrats on the discipline guys.
Just an Edit- I'm starting to feel really jelly about the cars you guys are finding, especially that Talon. You've got a fan/subscriber for life.
Very generous to do this for Max! However, if you own an Outback. You're buying it for the higher suspension.
More like for the extra room🥱
We get some minor surface rust in California but parts rarely get bound up like that. And everything gets antiseized when I take it apart. Stuff makes a mess but it’s the best thing ever
You are the proof that humanity and being kind to each other it's still there love you mate I cried like 3times just watching it all the best to Kinga and you ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Max, you have one hellava boss and a great friend in Peter, there's very few people that would do these repairs out of their own pockets if you weren't an asset to the business, not to mention an amazing guy!
My brother has a '12 Outback 3.6 R. We went the other way with it... 1 1/2" lift, Sparco Rally wheels and off road tires. It's also got a roof rack with a rear light bar. Custom made aluminum front and rear bumpers. The front has an 8k lbs winch and a light bar integrated. He takes that thing everywhere. Drove it all over Canada one year. Has 190k miles on it now. Never needed a single repair, just maintenance.
Y'all are just great! Keep it up!
Great, Alex and Peter!
This was a long, but great video.
Cheers.
I like how Max’s wife understands every word he says when it comes to parts
You guys are fantastic together, so genuine, so fun, what a great channel!
You and Peter make a great team on the channel, and as a small business owner it is next to impossible to find that kind of quality help now days. Super cool thing you did for Max too. You guys keep up the great work, and congrats Max on a nice overhaul on your car.
You guys are definitely elevated. I've never seen mechanics so happy.
This is so cool, i wish i would have friends like this. In my case we´re only my dad and me. but we keep on wrenching!
Soak up all the time you have with your dad wrenching on cars, the day will come that you pick a wrench up by yourself and he wont be there. Im experiencing that now and its tough. Especially in my case, i dont have many friends, its tough.

I have a 09' Forester X that is lowered on coilovers and has just about every aftermarket suspension part that will bolt on. A lot of Subaru parts will swap from the higher model cars to the lower model cars. It is nice to have a car that handles but I can still throw doors on top from Home Depot or fill the rear with furniture. I can't believe how nice the Outback looks lowered.
