Thankyou for sharing a way for me to if nothing else at least see the path ahead. I am only a guest here at the temple of ancient knowledge you have provided for me here. My preparation begins this very second. thank you for reminding me of who I am and the fire I have inside. I have to recognize who has brought me to this amazing journey ahead. The Mulligan Brothers are the guys I wish I had on my team when I was a younger man. At 64 years young I am reawakening my training as much as I can. I have approached athletics thru weight lifting back in my high school days. My focus was on my leg press. I acheived a best of two reps at 1035 lbs. I pyramid my workouts at that time. I weighed in at 245lbs. That was a best for me that morning. I have that fire inside. I trained in Judo, Aikido, Juijitsu, Kobudo, and Iado. I have not strived to attain a belt ranking. I have always been poor. I was born in Lester, England 64 years ago. I am 1/4 Irish and proud of my heritage. Im still financially at the bottom of the ladder. I am responsible for my own situation and I am turnig things around with the help of Master Shi Heng Yi and my Mulligan Brothers. As a result of my training I need my knees replaced. I am trying to prepare for reduced mobility and rehabilitation post relacement. Thankyou my brothers for all you do. I am going to need to get the products from Hule. Namaste 🙏
