But a year ago, I just started to cry, I started to think, to wake up, hello, be better, be the best version of yourself, and here, thank God, almost a year of training , strong training, from 75 kilos to 95, I started writing a book, maybe I won't finish it right away, but someday I will. Amen and Amen!!! I have been looking for a job and I have been through 2 interviews for a job. I have had to do a polygraph and by God's grace i have passed this too. Now its only the reference and criminal checks be done and I will have the job. I am aware that my credit record is not good, but I pray to God that somehow and in His way, He will work it out for me despite my credit record as I would like to secure this job to be able to get my credit record clean, but more importantly to be able to honor God with my finances!!! Amen.

Can I look around and be constantly discouraged. Yeah. Can I get bombarded to suffocation and debilitation. Feeling invisible and not good enough. Fit enough. Fast enough. Yeah. Or can I clear the clutter, be the change, make the changes...set the example. **Discipline is doing what you hate to do and doing it like you love it.** **If nothing changes, NOTHING CHANGES** I'm not invisible. I am good enough. I can clear this clutter. I can show my kids and my husband that they can care too, because I do.

The first is just an excuse we tell kids because he could put food on the table other ways. But he was leaving because that's who he is.. Has little to do with his family. He needs to do what he does for his soul.
