Well I’ve been fighting this urge that I am destine for more for years well. Went through a live event and the last two years I’ve spent falling down the other side of the peak. And I almost gave up on Everything and I mean everything became lazy fat out of shape full of depression and anxiety well….. now Ive realized that, that fall was necessary. And I only feel down that peak to get to the taller one…. And once I realized that I lost 65 lbs in 4 months with out really even trying I’m still struggling every day to get to my potential but every day is a learn curve and every day I get stronger and embrace the suck and get shit done.
1. If u didn't trained at all and you are just obsessed being thin due the abs , fuck it your health more important 2. If u are healthy just do some abs train if for example sit ups ,some leg raises etc 3. Be careful just to look good but at the cost of health it's just don't worth it .Keep the grind brother
