Much of the area is former farmland. Additionally, the Enterprise South Nature Park was opened only 12 years ago, so while already heavily wooded, it will take some time for the trees to grow. Finally, everything looks bare since we’re just at the beginning of spring. Things will quickly turn green in a few weeks. Thanks for writing!
volkswagen moved in a few years ago and they flattened everything cut all the trees and built ontop of the old garbage dump that covered alot of Ooltewah so be careful where you buy or rent
as soon as volkswagen shuts down maybe people will start to move out of Ooltewah its soo damn crowded 20 years ago it was a great place to live now if i didn't have a morgage id move out soon as possible way too many people horrible traffic nothing like the Ooltewah i grew up with i hate it
VW’s ID.4 electrical vehicles just began rolling off the line two weeks ago. It’s unlikely they’ll be shutting down any time soon. Have you thought about moving out of Ooltewah?
soon as my morgage is paid off been here 37 years and all i see now is traffic houses built on every inch of space all my family live here but im thinking Cleveland or Mcdonald might be less crowded i get bad anxiety around people not their fault just part of life i have trouble with @@movetochattanooga
I understand. A lot of folks are looking at Apison as well. Please reach out to me at (423) 443-1649 if there’s any way I can help with your real estate needs. Thanks again for writing!
Is there any neighborhoods that have street lighting? I have emailed several realtors but, none have responed. I do not do business with anyone that does not respond. I also emailed some builders of new homes going up but they did not respond either. What is it with people there? Do they don't care about their business? Actually I remember that I did get one email respond, but they said they did not know. So they clearly do not know the real state market there. I am looking for a realtor that knows their stuff. Are you?
You most certainly can call or text me at (423) 443-1649! I’ll be sure to respond. Many neighborhoods have street lighting; in fact, apart from more rural areas, I can’t think of a subdivision that doesn’t.
Also, we’re in a really tight inventory situation, so even if you look online at a builder’s website, for example, it could be that either a home has already sold or a community has already been completed. If you see something online that you like, call or text me at (423) 443-1649. And thanks for writing!
most of the new building in Ooltewah are ontop of the old Garbage Dump that was closed down in the early 2000's the smell isn't too bad anymore but research the area before moving it still smells even after being closed for so many years
Dear Robert, you are THE BEST ambassador!!! I am eager for the move to your area!
Thank you, and thank you for writing!
I'm not seeing a lot of tall, mature trees in the areas shown in this vid. Guess everything is new there.

@@smoke3571985 Actually, most of the new construction in Ooltewah is on old farmland, former pastures and a few horse farms.
