She sewed my bundles in then she cut my closure trying to make an invisible part then she ran out of hair then used another color hair and a different I looked crazy, then I told her I didn’t like it so she said she would do my hair over for free and she would provide the hair she said she got me some Brazilian bundles and frontal She sew it in the frontal was sitting on top of my head come to find out the hair she used wasn’t even human ever since then I been doing my own hair I pay too much for my bundles for someone to be messing up

The owner had no side. She basically admitted that the wigs weren't custom made, that she bought from China for significantly less than what the consumer paid which means the quality probably isnt that great, admitted that the wings in the advertised picture arent what she sends out, and couldnt explain not returning customer's emails and phone calls.
I used to follow her for her makeup and cute wigs. I believe she gets the customized and thought she could sell them herself but found out how hard it is to sell hair. It’s not for everyone. She should’ve just kept being cute for the gram 🤷🏽♀️

I’m so glad I haven’t purchased a wig from her. I always wanted to because she made them look so beautiful, but now that I know she doesn’t customize them I’m definitely not purchasing or referring anyone to her.
So what was the resolution? Can they take this to their banks? Don’t cash app it seems but cash app needs to step up too if it’s a “safer” or easier way to commit fraud.
That’s too sad because her wigs and style always look bomb! I think she had time to try to fix this but would just have needed to hire help to contact customers and give realistic times for people to receive their orders, if not return all monies paid. The biggest thing is clients were trying to reach out to her but got no response and that makes everyone question credibility. If there was no one to answer the phones she could hire another assistant to help with the volume of calls before it got so far.

The owner had no side. She basically admitted that the wigs weren't custom made, that she bought from China for significantly less than what the consumer paid which means the quality probably isnt that great, admitted that the wings in the advertised picture arent what she sends out, and couldnt explain not returning customer's emails and phone calls.
I used to follow her for her makeup and cute wigs. I believe she gets the customized and thought she could sell them herself but found out how hard it is to sell hair. It’s not for everyone. She should’ve just kept being cute for the gram 🤷🏽♀️
Yeah if she had a few clients she probably could complete her orders. It sounds like she’s not able to keep up with the demand. That’s no excuse because she shouldn’t accept orders that can’t deliver while keeping the product high quality. The way she threw that wig in that box 🤬 was on purpose and petty.

I’m going to be honest. Those ladies paying her through cash app did get scammed. Everybody knows when you cash app someone or zelle them, majority of the time it’s harder to get the refund. Also, why would anyone in their right mind, believe a 150 density wig would be $700 ? Girl you did that to yourself ! That’s too sad because her wigs and style always look bomb! I think she had time to try to fix this but would just have needed to hire help to contact customers and give realistic times for people to receive their orders, if not return all monies paid. The biggest thing is clients were trying to reach out to her but got no response and that makes everyone question credibility. If there was no one to answer the phones she could hire another assistant to help with the volume of calls before it got so far.
The first thing I will say is people immediately think that Because you have a large following that you are legit. Which in turns makes smaller businesses look shady. I never accept cash app, zelle, or any of those. Unless I am having technical difficulties. And also custom wigs are more expensive. But every customer should get what they asked for

The best thing any consumer can do…before you buy…is knowing that every business should be registered through their state’ sectary office…and if their legit… you…the consumer, can look up owner’s name or the business name…it should give you a better a better sense to purchase or not! 😇

I feel like people need to take into consideration that she styles her wigs and customizes her wigs for her. That Wig that the lady received was definitely 150 density. We just live in a time where people are easily impressed and if it good on social media that’s good enough. No one does research. Hopefully she gets those orders out and paces herself a little better. If she knew density then she would’ve me the ones she showed on her head were at least 200 density. The most sketchy part of the video to me was that she barely made eye contact with the camera
There’s multiple people saying they got scammed and that the wigs weren’t the right quality as well. How can she tell the other lady she’s waiting for the wig in China after she said that she constructs them herself?! She lied to the other lady by saying she constructs the wigs when the ones she sells are duplicates. Many people said the hair they got was dry and terrible quality. Styling has nothing to do with it. It’s sad that people try to support others and then that person takes advantage of that. There are many women who are doing the same thing and scamming women with bad quality hair that’s different from what is advertised or not sending anything at all. It’s wrong no matter who’s company it is.
Girl she is getting the wigs from Ali express and it giving them the same hair as the ones she is using for her wigs. She isn’t given them the same hair period and that’s wrong
