- You know them, you love them. Mighty Pier Runners! Here are some of my favorite clips of some just making it back onboard, as well as one who completely misses the ship! All were filmed in Bermuda! Enjoy! Who would you rate 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place?
For many of these pier runners, this is most exercise they have had in a long time.

Pier running should be accepted as an Olympic sport. It's frustrating that sports such as beach volley ball and break dancing are admitted while devotees of pier running are treated with contempt.
Robbie this was a great video put together! Pier runners (people so inconsiderate to think the entire ship should wait for them) make me so mad but ESPECIALLY In Bermuda. The ship is literally in Bermuda for THREE days and these idiots somehow can’t make it back by Friday at 230pm. I remember the one on Breakaway when some lady actually got taken to the ship on a barge because it was already pulled out headed back to NYC
Lol yes! The first place lady in this video missed the ship and rejoined over at the St. George’s Pilot Station! They brought her out when they went to drop off the pilot! Lol. After 3 days, I don’t understand either!

some time they need to left someone behind . for every 30 min late for big cruise ship cost them $10 k to make up the timing for the next port.

You would think Bermuda would be the last place to watch pier runners, ships stay there 2-3 days. Those are just silly people!
Who walks around the island in their bathing suit. The Bermudians are very formal people and do not like that.
no reason to run after the ship pulls away. just find the NCL agent to make arrangements to get to the next port, at your own cost of course.
Problem is the next port for Bermuda is Boston, NYC or Baltimore. 😂

Unless you have been hit by a bus and ended up in hospital for the day.... Who the feck are people late for a set time? You literally check the time all day thinking about going back to the ship early so you don't hold anyone up.... Or maybe just 99% of the ship is like that... The 1% of Karen's and Ken's spend the day on another planet.... Of self involvement....
