My Axio KCE 539 J was stolen last year. What I learned from it is that never trust anybody with your car. Tried to track down but all was futile from the owners to police.
I will buy this car some day 🙏🏾

@@DaviesMatep 1.2M Kenyan shillings was the total price for my 4wd Fielder. The shipping and tax's from Japan to NZ was only around 120K Kenyan shillings. By 2026 Kenyan Kartel will stop all imports and force you to buy local assembled, so buy now

Nice review but take note for whoever cares on cvt
S = holds lower gears and is useful when overtaking or quick acceleration or climbing slippery surfaces.
B- is useful when going down steep slopes especially slippery ones. B creates a drag in the engine (engine braking)
With the same cvt i can comfortably achieve 9 or 10 seconds depending on road conditions if you know how to play with it. The trick is when u accelerate put it on S for briefly and when it revs up return in to D. The car's acceleration will be so brisk.

I have a 2008 axio CVT. Purchased a locally used. Naijenga polepole. Its too much fun to make a car look like you want. But hii ni safi sana. Reliable as ....

Maybe correction kiasi, there is a very big difference between 4WD and AWD (All Wheel Drive), the Axio in the discussion today is an AWD and not 4WD just like the way Subarus are AWDs but Landcruisers and say Nissan Patrols are 4WDs. Maybe find one day a segment to discuss the difference between AWD and 4WD let me not state the difference so that people will come to your channel to hear you differentiate between the two but otherwise good job I love your show.

True 4WDs isn't same as AWDs for 4WDs are customised for high torque hence better off-road capabilities and are more advanced for off-road driving while AWDs are tuned for better traction and control in tarmac and high speed driving.....

Hapo kwa bei ata nyinyi mko na Stori za jamba we bought one at 580k ya 2008 last year and it is a clean unit, prices might have gone up but 650k is a fair price na ukiwa nayo utapata gari.

We have the Corolla GX wagon here in NZ, it is an Axio station wagon. 1500 cc CVT estate car. Ive driven.mine.for 12 years now, just done 174,000 km. It runs like a new car. Reliable, easy to work on, economical, versatile. Perfect for my needs

some little correction on the shifter meanings Wokabi and Toloi
"S" is for sport. If you're driving on twisty country roads and want to keep the RPM up as you wind through corners, the "S" position is where you want to be. In "S", the transmission holds lower gears longer for more power as you come out of the curves.
The "B" position favors lower gears, too, but for a totally different purpose. Just as you might shift a conventional transmission to Low on a long downhill grade; you can shift into the "B" position to increase engine drag and help slow the Corolla while coasting down a hill.

I know there are a lot of guys doing it but I love perfection. My fielder is the cleanest in town, I bet :)

"B" is engine braking... You don't wanna put that on the mud coz it will restrict engine power... You apply it when going down a steep decline to assist the normal braking...

B is stands for engine Braking basically like gear 1 but it's not gear 1, it's using the gear 1 for Braking... thank u

AWD is always on and 4WD you've to toggle it on and off when required to use it

Hapo kwa fuel consumption awd na fwd haziwezi kunywa same. And the difference is not that negligible.. it is maybe negligible kwa 1NZ. But for 2zr and 3zr the difference is a bit significant, especially if you're driving at high speeds
It's not as negligible as one thinks. Especially for a full time AWD, try the same speed as FWD. The consumption will not be very near the same.
