    Ingredients :
    250g salted butter (有盐牛油)
    130g icing sugar(糖粉)
    1 egg yolk(蛋黄)
    1 tbsp instant coffee powder(即溶咖啡粉)
    1 tbsp boiling water(热水)
    1 tsp emulco coffee(咖啡香精)
    270g plain flour (普通面粉)
    60g corn flour (玉米粉/粟粉)
    30g custard powder (蛋黄粉/卡士达粉)
    Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 20 minutes.
    放入预热烤箱以160°C烤20分钟。

      Custard powder yaitu tepung terigu yg sudah ada pengembang kuenya jadi bisa diganti dengan susu

      Maaf, kalo bole ku tambah, custard powder itu di buat dari cornflour atau maizena

      @@christinlovelykitchen9200 ga bisa diganti dengan tepung susu Mbak. Custard powder bahan utamanya dari tepung jagung (cornstarch) sdh tercampur dgn sdkt vanilli, dll. Di Indo bnyk di jual ada merk Bird's dan ada juga Fino

    I just made some coffee cookies
    It tastes fine but lost the shape. 😭😭

      After I read comments about the cookies losing their shape, I put them in the fridge after piping them on the tray for 20-30 mins and put them from the fridge into the oven during the baking process - they still retained their shape!

    I just tried this recipe. But after I added the flour, the dough is not soft at all, very hard in fact I had to add more water. Where could I have gone wrong? In the end, I cannot pipe it because it is too hard, I made the shape of a coffee bean instead. It taste nice and cookies turned out nice.
    But why is my dough so hard?

      I did not use the yolk, instead I added a Tbsp of condensed milk and turned out to be great

      路过的~如果花型不见了,证明家里温度太高,奶油融化了所以会塌,你们可以像我一样(我经常做曲奇饼),挤花后放入冰霜10-20分钟后才烤,花型一定美美的。

      I added a tsp of Irish flavored syrup instead of emulco.. And it turned out great

      路过的~如果花型不见了,证明家里温度太高,奶油融化了所以会塌,你们可以像我一样(我经常做曲奇饼),挤花后放入冰霜15-30分钟后才烤,花型一定美美的。

    我用了m1,2d,花咀,做了4份,做完了很成功很开心,但是第二天手很痛,挤花代也破了很多个,是我 挤的手法错误了吗?

      Kuehyin Ivyteh 用那种比较耐用的挤花袋就不怕挤破,面团不要放太多,会很难挤出来

      I don't think so. But, you can just add cornstarch.

      我也是每次我做蛋糕我放牛油我妈妈就不喜欢牛油的味道感觉怪怪的。planta我喜欢,我听说planta不太好,无盐牛油比较好
      可是牛油吃起来怪怪的。
