Question: you added 30g corn flour and then 125g of cake flour. Then after you sifted and mixed it with a spatula till combined, you added more flour. Your original flour bowl was empty so this was extra flour correct? How much was that please.

If the batter is loose, you add in more flour to form a dough...not to stiff though, it should be soft
