    上期做了在香港非常出名的原味珍妮曲奇,这期答应给大家示范两个口味就是抹茶,巧克力口味。可是发觉很多留言都要求咖啡口味。所以一口气做了3款不同口味让大家尝试。不同口味,不同食谱分量哦,要仔细看。颜色味道各有特色。曲奇咬下去有珍妮特色一丝丝口感,而且真的入口即化,很香的牛油味,加上纯抹茶,咖啡,巧克力香,好好吃~你的最爱是哪款?
    Last episode, I made the original flavor Jenny Butter Cookies that are very famous in Hong Kong. In this episode, I promised to show you two more flavors, Matcha and Chocolate flavors. However, I found that a lot of comments requesting for Coffee flavor. So I made 3 different flavors in a shot for everyone to try. Different flavors, have different recipes and portions, please look carefully. The color and taste have their own characteristics.
    The cookie silky texture when bite into it resemble Jenny's characteristic taste, and it really melts in the mouth, very fragrant buttery flavor, plus pure Matcha, Coffee, and Chocolate aroma. It is delicious~ Which one is your favorite?

    (预热烤箱150C: 30-40分钟)

    »不同口味,不同食谱分量哦,仔细看。
    »面团记得要一次性剂完,放置太久会干的硬很难剂花了。
    »记得预热烤箱至少15分钟再烤
    »烤的时间跟自家烤箱加以调整,要更加入口即化/软些烤短些。
    »dough must be piped in one go, dough place too long will harden and hard to pipe
    »rmb to preheat oven for at least minutes before baking
    »baking time varies depending your own oven, adjust accordingly. For even more melt in your mouth textur can bake lesser.

    一定要用低温烤那么久?可以直接用180·c 烤比较快可以吗?然后你用的是corn starch?不是corn flour,他们不一样对吗?

    I just bake these yesterday. Super buttery and the texture was soft and melting in mouth. As for the choc and Matcha flavour, I think next bake I will reduce the powder to half 😁

    我照着试了一下,可能是我做的手法不太对 我挤四层的时候不会塌 所以饼干太高了😂 后来就改成两层了 建议其他小伙伴们也可以弄两层就行,比较脆 其他的都很顺利 谢谢博主的咖啡口味曲奇教学,试着跟着这么多视频,终于成功了!!!

      If cant turn off fan, try to reduce temperature by 10c and bake

    Hello! I tried your recipe today it was really good! Thank you for sharing. One thing though, is the shape didnt really maintain well after baking it in the oven. Any tips of having the shape to maintain even after baking in the oven?

      Did you chill in the fridge for 15mins prior to baking? I find that the step is really crucial.

      没旋风我的烤箱是不能放多盘的噢。
      我选择不开旋风,因为旋风快黑里面又不熟噢
