19 years ago; Oct 15-Nov 1,2005 I was in the Methodist Specialty Transplant Hospital for acute liver failure. I was told I was placed #1 on the transplant list because Dr’s could not find out why my liver was failing and I was only 40 years old. Long story short…. Thanks be to God Almighty, I walked out of that hospital after 17 days with my own liver!!! Imo it was the medicine Wellbutrin that caused the acute attack. But I was definitely on my death bed & I prayed God I don’t want anyone to die for me to live. I didn’t think at that time; someone did die that I may live & that was my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ ~ He healed me ❤️🩹 Praise The Lord!!!
Get well, my man. I stuck up a link of me about 15 years ago playing "Wish You Were Here" by the Floyd without the shades. I thought it would give you a chuckle. It looks like RUclips cut the link. Oh well. Enough about me. Good luck and I wish you a speedy recovery.
Good video. Yes alcoholic can be passed down to next generation that why our kids need support and guidance about the dangers of alcohol. It's basically a poison just destroys the body
Amazing interview! Yeah, alcoholic hallucinosis is absolutely terrifying. I've had it a handful of times and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy! I still have nightmares about it to this day, and probably always will! Just another reason to stay away from alcohol! Thanks, and prayers for LD as he recovers from his current hospitalization! 🙏❤
#ShadesOClarity! Awesome Interview Shades & LD!!!💯💞 Shades That sounds like a horrifying experience that you went through in that place!! I’ve been through something like that before too. It’s terrifying to see ppl in such extreme mental illness. I had thought I had problems until I was sent there for a few days. Good Grief! Thank goodness we didn’t have to stay there for long!!
Sapphire miner still watching still sober found nice Sapphire two days ago made my day nights like to night get abit rough can't go back thanks for effort
I’ve only met 2 people in my life that didn’t care for music and I just couldn’t identify with them (no judgies). Music is my LIFELINE and I can’t comprehend how some folks are just “meh” about it haha
I put a link up there showing me playing guitar about 15 years ago bare-faced. L.D. loves Pink Floyd and I was playing "Wish You Were Here." I was trying to cheer him up but RUclips or he has his settings to cut links.

Hey guys, there is a small segment that is left to post.

You ARE reliable LD. You pour your heart and soul into this. Some of us are "hooked" on that daily video.
He's the most dedicated guy out there.
Boy can I relate to your subject of alcohol induced phycosis, absolutely horrific. Thanks for talking about this I really appreciate this
It sucked. Drove me to a half-assed self-harm try.
Good to hear what happens when you drink. LD yes please keep posting every day, you give so many so much support.

My Diabetologist (diabetes type 2) tells me that "Zero-Sugar" products are likely to be full of rubbish so I avoid them

It was weird. Never seen anything like it. Who drives their car around with the radio off all the time.
Ppl are interested in different stuffs..
Music is my life it’s a very high priority 😊
@@ShadesOClarity I would disintegrate haha. My "normal" commute home from work in San Diego is about an hour to go 16 miles so it saves me!!
@@shee3073 Hence why I said "no judgies." I realize that. Doesn't mean I can comprehend it lol.

That fruit punch Gatorade is also probably full of sugar.
That Gatorade has less sugar than soda. It also probably isn't full of alcohol, right?

AST only measures inflammation at the time blood was taken, it doesnt mean scarring is present.
The regular soda is better than diet
Hey Shades do you also have cirrhosis?
Negative. I had some light damage, but it has cleared up.
@@ShadesOClarity glad to hear it I wasn't so lucky
@@paulandrew4415 I am sorry. Is it extensive scarring?
