I would like to say 2 things: 1. These are THE BEST GINGERBREAD COOKIES YOU’LL EVER EAT. 2. This sweater, no matter how hilariously, festive, I thought it would be....I just realized made me look as pregnant as Molly...WHICH I AM IN NO WAY PREGNANT AT ALL! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

I can’t say best, but they baked up well. Recipe was easy too, so that’s a plus. I used the William Sonoma gingerbread stamp cutter, and they did really well with it.
Dannngg i just finished cutting out dough only to search for ginger bread men and found the BEST NON TOOTH BREAKING RECIPE afterwards damn it!!! 😅😂😂 Next year then.🎉❤
Wrote myself a little method based on this and thought I’d share! Ro’s Gingerbread Cookies 1. Whisk all dry ingredients in a bowl 2. Place butter and sugar in another bowl, cream together using an electric mixer. Begin on a low speed then as it comes together, use a medium speed for about three minutes. 3. Add the molasses and egg to the butter and sugar mixture. 4. Use the electric mixer again to blend these ingredients until smooth. 5. Add half of the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, folding together, gradually adding the rest of the dry ingredients. 6. Using the electric mixer, beat the mixture on low speed, scraping down the sides. Mix until it clumps together to form a dough. 7. Pack the dough together with your hands into big balls, placing them onto a baking tray lined with cling wrap. 8. Wrap the dough balls nice and tight into the wrap before placing it into the fridge for approximately 3 hours. 9. Roll the dough out into a thin sheet about 1/4 inch thick before using cookie cutters to cut out shapes. 10. Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F while the cookies chill in the freezer for 10 minutes. 12. Bake the cookies for 10 minutes in the oven. 13. Decorate the cookies with royal icing and you’re finished :)
It’s so interesting seeing Ro now after almost 9 or 10 years. She used to work with ordinary people but now they look like Hunger Games announcer people. The hair, botox, the over abundance of make up. Even Husky and Ro look Hunger Gamesy. Not saying it’s bad, but interesting to see what money does to people. Either way, happy that they both know success 👍🏼
I think that Mo and Colleen were almost pregnant at the same time, and Colleen just had her baby. I hope that Mo and the baby will be happy and healthy. I can't wait to see your reaction to the baby Ro!! Love you all, and Happy Holidays!
Hello Ro- Im back again 3rd year making your delicious Gingerbread Cookies. They are still everyones favorite. Especially my dad. He still talks to them and makes little voices while he eats them!!! Just wanted to let you know they are an all time favorite in my family. Last year i made 12 batches and gave them as gifts. This year Im 8 months pregnant and Im making 2 maybe 3 batches.
Dare I say, this is the most fun collab video Ro has done! I just love these guest! I do not use makeup so I probably never would have know about these amazing, fun people without Ro! Okay so I wanted to tell you: First I really enjoyed the video because it has all my favorite people and Second: Rosanna, this recipe is awesome. Yup. I needed to find a video showing the finished consistency of the dough since I'd never made gingerbread before (can you imagine?), but I had to turn down the sound on them. And that hair? Put on a hairnet if you're baking/cooking. Yuck. Not to mention the fingernails. Eeeeew.

THE BEST RECIPE. I used light brown sugar because I didn’t have any dark brown and there were no disappointments ! I think it would be hard to even mess this recipe up. The perfect consistency and texture that I wanted !

Made this recipe yesterday! In love!!! Highly recommended! Just one tip when i made them the batter was very sticky just add a little flour when rolling it! Or just freeze for an extra 20 min! Its normal!thnxxx for the recipe🥰
