I had so much fun making this video! I think it would be a blast to do another 'Recreate The Menu' video/series! What do you think? What other menu should I recreate? I always love #Starbucks and delicious #holiday #treats. We made the Gingerbread Loaf, Chocolate Peppermint Cake Pops, Danish, Bliss Bar, and even the classic Snow Man Cookie!

Snowman Cookies:
Cookies
1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
½ cup brown sugar, packed
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Decoration
1 cup white chocolate chips
Royal icing: blue, red, black and orange
White crystal sugar
Piping bags
Snowman cookie cutter
Cranberry Bliss Bars:
Bars
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 ½ cups brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 teaspoon orange zest
1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup white chocolate chips
¾ cup Craisins
Frosting and topping
16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon orange zest
½ Craisins, roughly chopped
Drizzle
½ cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons water
Gingerbread loaf:
Loaf
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 tablespoon ginger
¼ teaspoon allspice
¼ teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon salt
¼ cup + 2 tablespoons light brown sugar, packed
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
½ cup molasses
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs, room temperature
1 cup buttermilk, room temperature
Frosting
2 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
¼ teaspoon vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar
Peppermint Brownie Cake Pops:
Brownie
½ cup vegetable oil
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 cup + 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 egg
1/3 cup whole milk
Ganache
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup heavy cream
1/8 teaspoon peppermint oil
Decoration
White chocolate chips
Crushed candy canes
White crystal sugar
Red and white spiral straws
Sugar Plum Cheese Danish:
Cheese Filling
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
¼ cup powdered sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
Spiced plum jam
½ cup plum jam or jelly
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon cloves
1/8 teaspoon cardamom
Pastry
1 package of frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed in fridge overnight
Decoration
4 inch cake pans

I just wanna say that ro is just amazing. ro i would love to see you try gluten-free baking! as someone who can’t eat gluten there are a lot of things that i can’t eat, but baking actually works really well!

I LOVE this! The Starbucks version’s definitely have preservatives. When I request my items in the sealed packaging they have dates when they were made usually a month or two ago 😅

The gingerbread loaf and sugar plum danish take SO MUCH of my money during the holidays. Esp the danish. I am FATAL for them. So excited to have a good recipe to reference! Definitely gonna add some Demerara sugar to top them and make the puff pastry a little thicker to get closer to the Starbeez!🧡🧡🧡
