Spotty Sessions Ft. @GorillaDisko

Super fun day fishing with Des (@GorillaDisko) from Reel Happy!
Had a great night the night before, and spontaneously decided Des, myself, and my boy Tanner were going to try our luck fishing for San Diego Spotted Bay Bass the following morning.
Very quickly on, Des started roping these fish left and right, while I was struggling to figure out what these fish wanted to react to.
After a little bit of acclimating to this new fishery, I started catching as well, and we were quickly able to put together a fun little session!

Hey man, wanted to come on here and ask you for your opinions on a good spotty/calico setup. I’m going for the Penn squall 200 and some sort of 7’6 mh rod. Any rod suggestions are welcome as long as they aren’t breaking the bank. As always sick spotty session!! 🤙
