Listening to you with your wonderful notes for this great, rich bourbon and still hearing from you that you believe that all bourbons are more or less similar :) I hope you will update your view on bourbons after trying bourbons on the higher end like this one :) Great video, thx Sertug. This is one of my favourite bourbons. I offer 1910 for guests, 1920 is for me :)

@@cemtuncel1602 Haha for me to update my views on bourbon, I need to try more bourbons 😅 of the very limited number I've tried, most of them seemed to give me different shades of the same colour. The ones I liked the most were the Van Winkle 12 Lot B and the Stagg Jr. Stagg for the hit in the face and Van Winkle for the actual taste 😃
I do like this one though so can I ask for some recommendations of the ones you like preferably some I can actually find 😅
      Thanks for watching

@@thewhiskyenthusiast it's hard to get decent bourbons in Europe and it's even worse in Türkiye. If you can get any 13th Colony, preferably double oaked or Old Elk, again double oaked and rye; these are perfect examples of high end bourbons. If you can get the Makers Mark reserved, you will experience quiet a different one. I don’t like to overpay to whisk(e)y in general; therefore not a huge fan of getting robbed by stagg or van winkle or weller. A couple of new kids on the bourbon shelves; Penelope and New Riff, they are great as well. Ooops, I almost was going to forget to mention the famous Elijah Craig Barrel Proof, but definitely not the small batch. On the cheaper and easier to find side, I like Eagle Rare and Knob Creek 9 bottled in bond, I don’t see the reason to pay a premium for Knob Creek 12 :) There's a lot more to mention, but these shall be good enough as a start; already mentioned that I am a huge fan of Old Forester as well. Thx for the wonderful videos Sertug.

@@cemtuncel1602 Thank you for the list and also reminding me other bourbons I like as well 😃 I love the Eagle Rare 10, really enjoy the Maker's Mark 46 but haven't had the reserve. I tried a couple of Blanton's but bang for buck they're not good. I hear great things about the Elijah Craig barrel proof and hope to try it soon. Thanks for watching and the interaction, have a great weekend

Yes, a lot of bourbon taste the same except Texas bourbon. Also, I prefer Rye to Bourbon. Of course, Scotch is King.

@@tommysimpsonandtheloadeddice Scotch is king! I do like Rye as well, it feels more exciting. From Texas I only had Balcones Baby Blue, Blue Corn, Pot Still Bourbon and Brimstone (which I suppose is not bourbon). They did seem different now that I think of it 😃
